The condo is very comfortable, clean, well stocked and well maintained. Property management was very responsive. Location is great — right at the end of Waikiki area, with lots of restaurants and grocery options within walking distance. Lovely sunset views over the marina. Lanai is very small but works fine for two people to enjoy the view. Ask about construction status. We had a quiet Sunday, a bit of daytime noise on Monday, and really loud noise as we were checking out Tuesday morning. We totally understand it’s necessary maintenance, and management was good about answering our questions. Just be prepared so you aren’t caught by surprise. Overall a very good experience and we would return.
This property was as listed and pictured. Clean and well appointed. The views and location were awesome! Only negative was price for parking but would definitely recommend.
The condo was in good shape. The property could’ve used a pool, but I hoped for both the property owner and the building people that construction in soon because it would’ve been great to open the windows.

Apart from the fact that we could not go out onto the lanai due to construction and that the windows were locked from the outside and could not be opened, we were satisfied with our stay. The view from the windows was fantastic and we were able to see the fireworks every Friday at close range. Ala Moana Centre is very close and walkable. The centre of Waikiki is also easily accessible, but a bit of a walk away. There is a laundry on the 8th floor, but you have to pay with a special app or credit card. The number of washing machines is small in relation to the number of rooms in the building, so you may have to wait to use them.
Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful condo, gorgeous views, very comfortable bed, great kitchen and large bathroom. Slightly outside of the madness of Waikiki but still close to everything. The photos in the listing are really what it’s like!Our only complaint was that the fold-out couch in the living room was not comfortable when folded out- but pretty comfy for one person to sleep on as a couch. I chose this property for the easy walk to the convention center, and it was great - 10 minute walk. The property is accurately photographed in the listing and very clean, updated and has everything you need - towels, kitchen goods, AC, a small but adorable balcony looking out on the marina. It was much more modern than other rentals I've stayed in. 4 people could stay probably, but it was just me and it was just the perfect amount of space. Noise is minimal, which I enjoyed compared to staying in the middle of Waikiki. I went into Waikiki everyday taking the path along the beach and it is a lovely 15 minute walk. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but it is available on another floor. I did miss having access to a fitness facility but for everything that this place offers, the stay was totally worth it. Very affordable and reasonable compared to staying in hotels, in my opinion. The property manager was readily available and helpful, making the overall stay a very pleasant, seamless, effortless process. The neighbors pretty much left me alone if I ran into them. The only thing I questioned was the lone single deadbolt lock on the front door of the apartment, which is code-accessed going in and out. However, I think every unit in the building has this format, so I doubt there's anything that can be done.
We had a wonderful stay at the rental condo. The views of the marina and ocean were worth it alone. Very clean rental with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A nice home away from home!

Sliding glass door leaked extensively during a heavy storm. Rug was wet during remainder of stay.
Apartment was very clean. Property manager easy to communicate with. On site parking is convenient.
The condo was as nice and clean as shown in the pictures. It is well located and the view of the sunsets and Friday night fireworks is spectacular! Check-in instructions were easy to follow and owner was quick to respond to my messages/questions.The only recommendation I would make is to provide a dresser of some sort in the bedroom as we found there wasn’t really any place to put your clothes other than the closet.Other than that, it was perfect! I would definitely book this condo again!

This was a great place for our Thanksgiving! It’s a roomy place with a killer sunset view. The lanai is not really a lanai. It’s teeny. There’s no pool at the facility. But for someone who has family in Hawaii and likes to stay near Waikiki… it’s perfect. The carpets were a little slippery And could use a wash but all in all a really nice stay!!

We loved staying in this unit overlooking the marina. It was a treat every time we walked in the door. The sky, clouds and ocean colors constantly changing with beautiful rainbows too! The unit itself is immaculate, bright and comfortable. The balcony is tiny, but we were able to squeeze into the space with a glass of wine to enjoy the evening sunset. The panoramic views are much better than what you will pay top dollar for in surrounding hotels. That is the advantage of an older building having the best location! We would definitely stay here again.
Over looking the marina in the morning and for sunset was such a treat! The condo is in a great location, safe and walkable all over town. The property managers were responsive and kind.

Wow. What a view every day and night. Sunrises, sunsets, 180 degree view of the ocean, lagoon, yacht harbor, city lights. With it's slightly north of Waikiki location it is much quieter than on the beach but its a quick walk to either the Waikiki Beach or Ala Moana Beach, my personal favorite for swimming. The unit was well appointed and the bed was fantastic. Loved the double sink bathroom.Only issue was on check in, the person responsible did not get back to us until midnight, but thankfully the Captain Cook resorts figured out how to get us into the unit.
1. Check in process - you must call property manager prior to getting there - took approx 15 min to get a call back, nerve wracking since area is busy and unsure where to go until the call back. A welcome email with instructions would be super helpful!
2. Parking prices - wasn’t listed / constantly changing it was $33 a day
3. Maintenance issues - they had to have someone come in multiple times during our stay to fix the AC. Interruptions on our vacation for this was disappointing. The final time they came, the AC stopped working. We came back after a long day and it was 80 degrees. The last night was rough with uncomfortable temperatures and we had a long travel day ahead. Also started to smell horrible mildew - maintenance confirmed a leak and they had to come in each day to fix it.
4. The front door only had 1 lock - anyone with a code can come in even with the door locked from the inside. There are trash hours and can only throw away trash at certain hours. Inconvenient with a baby and diapers and early flights.
Great location! The views at sunrise and sunset are stunning! Could always find a parking spot. The parking garage exit can be hectic at times - the traffic is backed up at the light sometimes unable to make the left turn.
Great room and accommodations. The view was fantastic and an optimal location. Loved everything about this stay.

We stayed with our 2 girls, 18 and 13, who slept on the pullout sofa bed. The condo is adorable and the view is so nice/. We loved watching the sailboats come into the harbor and surfers riding waves in the distance. Property Manager is super nice and helpful. You will need to download an app to pay for the laundry machines (if you need to use them). The minimum amount to put on the app is $10 and each washer or dryer is &3.25 each. We dried 2 loads in one dryer to save $ and it dried all the clothes fine. Don’t hesitate to book, this is really an awesome place for many reasons!
I loved our stay at this rental. The condo was clean and remodeled. Great location easy check in. I would stay here again.

The unit was just as described. Clean, furniture in great condition and comfortable. We stayed on 3 islands during our trip, with some of the locations costing 3 times the rate, and the mattress was far and away the most comfortable of all. Easy check in and out, and best of all it was in the middle of everything. We could walk anywhere along Waikiki and it was easier getting in and out when we needed to drive to the many beautiful sites around Oahu. Would definitely stay here again.
Family of three stayed 5 nights, and had a wonderful time. Great location, clean place and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend
I opted to stay here instead of a hotel for a conference I attended at the Convention Center and I’m so glad I did! I love this condo. The decor is so cute and classy. Very clean, updated, fully functional. The balcony is small but enjoyable. I can’t imagine a better view of the Friday night fireworks. The bar downstairs is fun and you’ve got an ABC store
