The place was very nice and clean. It has a parasol for the beach, a body board for the kids, and even a cooler and beach lounge chairs! This place is highly recommended and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Also the staff at Alii Beach Rentals were superb and supportive throughout our stay.

My wife and I stayed the last week of January. Good location and enjoyable stay overall. The only two negatives were the Keueig coffee maker stopped working and there was a fire alarm one evening about 7 pm. When we reached out about the coffee machine we found out that a previous renter left the machine so it would not be serviced or replaced. To be fair be fair we were not expecting a Keurig since it was not listed in the description of the rental. Fire alarm was chaotic but false alarm thankfully. Overall 4.5 stars out of 5 and I would return to stay here.

We loved our stay at IIikai Hotel!!!! Loved our room!!!! So light and airy and clean!!! My son got the big cozy bed and I slept on the roll out couch one ... mine was soooo comfy too!!!! The check in process was super easy!!!!!! Loved the hotel and location!!! Will definitely be back!!! Room 911 was the best!!!

Great spot and clean but just the basics no extras

Bed big hump was:so annoying and has on pillow could feel some kind of vibration I never experienced ..,, hard to explain.?no comforter just a sheet and thin blanket and another not so great blanket for sofa bed took away from an otherwise great experience. A few things like salt pepper detergent for laundry would have been a nice touch but nothing like that was included. Maybe I’m just overly picky. ….,

All in all, this was a solid 4 out of 5 star stay. The location is great. The hotel is just okay. Keep in mind, you are staying at a hotel. Your VRBO expense could be more than the cost of actually staying at this hotel (or any other) .. just without any of the accoutrements you would get when you stay at the hotel, i.e. fresh linens, towels, use of the exercise facility, etc. We stayed for a week. The room was clean and mostly as expected. The mattress is akin to sleeping in a large, soft bathtub as it is well worn and dips in the center around 4" or more. The wife and I slept with our heads on the top corners and with our feet criss-crossed in the trench in the middle of the mattress. The provided items were all very bare minimum type quality and quantity (i.e. you get one beach towel and one bath towel per person for your entire stay). There is a conveniently placed laundry room right next door .. each load will cost you approximately $8-12 depending on how well the dryer works.Traffic can be a big deal. You will hear every loud car on the street.Contacting the owner/operator was curt, without substance and not super helpful.Not a bad experience but, there are better options for the price.
