This rental was perfect and located to everything within walking distance. Comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. The only downside which is not the fault of the rental, was the main building itself was so hot in the hallways and elevators. There was no AC running in those areas. So waiting for the elevator, which takes time, was uncomfortable. The rental itself had AC that worked great. Overall the stay was amazing and we were able to check in a little early, so nice! The rental is beautiful.
Full window view of the city was amazing. Actual condo was nice, but a few improvements would’ve made it amazing. Surfaces and kitchen were clean, but vents and baseboards could use a cleaning. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and plenty of cookware, but the silverware was missing many spoons. While the rental agency was quick to reply and bring four new patio chairs, I should not have had to contact them about four of eight chairs being completely broken. I am sure they would’ve also provided more silverware, however, I did not want to deal with that communication and coordination on vacation.Location was great for walking around to shopping, dinner,and a very quick walk to the beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler were definitely bonuses as were the ice packs in the freezer!With a full kitchen, but no dishwasher, it would have been nice to have kitchen towels. The rental agency said they did not supply them and suggested I use paper towels to dry the dishes. Luckily, they provided two sets of bath towels, which we ended up using in the kitchen too. Plenty of hangers and a dresser in the master bedroom however no nightstands was annoying as there was nowhere to set glasses and phones, etc. Second bedroom had a nightstand and closet however no dresser or luggage stands so my kids lived out of their luggage on the floor. Overall, the place was nice but priced at the high end of the market, a few little things would have made it a much better experience.

The place was amazing! It was perfect size for a family of five. Super easy and smooth experience. We were provided with pretty much everything we needed. A few things that would've made it even better would be to have a step stool for small children, a laundry basket to help if guests would like to do laundry and 1-2 gallons of drinkable water. We had a wonderful time without these items but, having them would've been 110%. I would recommend renting this place to anyone and would even rent it again myself. Great location. Staff at the Ilikai are friendly and helpful. We were treated no different than a hotel guest. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Overall the place worked out. I did have a few issues with the place. Good things first - the location worked out very well. It was convenient to the beach and restaurants. And we loved the balconies. The unfavorable things were that it had a very musty smell. In the master bedroom there were no end tables by the bed so it made it hard to have clock or phone nearby. We did not really use the kitchen so I can not rate how well equipped it was. Parking was a challenge if you do not use the Valet. It worked for three days that we stayed there.
This place was a fantastic home base for our trip to Oahu. The rental was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach, grab a bite nearby, or explore the local shops.The building felt secure and well-maintained, and the unit itself had a relaxing vibe with a great breeze and beautiful city views. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze.It was the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Beautiful condo. Only issue are the load old fashioned AC units and the lack of reserved parking. You can valet for a first come, first serve basis of 45 which is nearly the price of renting a vehicle. Everything else about the condo was magnificent. The Ilikai lobby escalators do not work but there is a side-elevator for those needing to lug suitcases or grocery from the road-side. Lots of nice shops at the lobby including a small market, Dave's famous icecream, try the "chocolate macadamia", it is iconic for those who grew up in Honolulu. The condo is very nice, two balconies. Master balcony has a wonderful view of the Hilton Hawaiian Roof top show. Traffic sometimes can be load but its just because of few inconsiderate bikers or vehicles with attached muffler "screamers". Otherwise, it is nice to appreciate the view and traffic flow below and sometimes local events on that street. The trash room is too far, near the elevator and is basically just a large plastic trash can and not a chute.
Like the place, clean and has everything to have a great stay.

The rental experience was less than perfect. The pictures shown were deceiving. We were not told the refrigerator was broken and that someone would show up unannounced to replace the refrigerator.
Fridge broken but they brought in a temporary one Nice stay. Great location with amenities of a hotel with the cafe and shops downstairs. Loved beach gear - wave surfing boards and brand new chairs, cooler, and umbrella!! Sleeper couch also was surprisingly very comfortable and easy to stow away
Our family of five (kids age 20,16,10) enjoyed the space. The unit is clean and the photos don’t do it justice. The AC window units keep the rooms cool and the morning sunrise is incredible from the lanai. All five beds (including the pull out) were very comfortable and we slept so well. Everything in Waikiki is walkable.
Only complaint for the owner is the refrigerator situation. Clearly there has been an issue with the main full sized refrigerator because there is a smaller one available. Unfortunately, we were not told the main fridge was out of commission and the small fridge is not large enough to store enough food for meals for a large family for a week. Just know if you plan to book don’t be surprised about the refrigerator. Also, when the maintenance guy comes out, looks at the fridge for 2 mins and tells the property manager they need a new one It’s clearly a charade that is ongoing. The property manager was commutative but did not really address this complaint except to say, “glad we could have a smaller refrigerator for you to use”. No ice maker or filtered water is available.
In case you are looking to take small children, the woman who manages the pool will not allow any jumping, splashing or toys in the main pool. We did not have to deal with her directly but witnessed multiple children and parents upset. She even placed one child in “time out” and his dad was furious. Owners may want to reach out to the HOA with this concern.

Nice and clean space, gorgeous view of the city
This condo is lovely - Spacious and clean. So nice to have two patios and 2 bathrooms. It is convenient to anything in the Honolulu area. Easy walk to the beach and nice amenities at the next door Hilton Hawaiian Village.
My only requests: (1) we did not find a toaster as listed, (2) we could not find anything ovenproof, and (3) the master shower connection needs tightening, much water is leaking at the connection point, resulting in a low flow shower. That said, I’d definitely stay here again. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The location was beautiful!! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we weren't out and about in the city. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!! A minor suggestion would be to leave some extention cords around for charging electronics, other than that the place was awesome!!

The 2 Lanais were lovely - one had a side ocean view. We were walking distance to so much in downtown Waikiki. Beds were comfortable and coolers worked well to keep us comfortable in warm nights.
