The place was clean and had a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working, and even though I reached out to the host, I didn’t receive any response or solution, which was disappointing. Also, the sleeping arrangement was a bit tight—there were only two beds for five people, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. It would be helpful if this was made clearer in the listing. That said, overall, we were fairly satisfied with our stay.
It was a birthday for one of the three. Two out of three had never been to Hawaii. The location of this property was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Awesome location and view! Easy checkin/out and access to property manager. Roomy kitchen. Kitchen minimally stocked. Broken under cabinet light. Wobbly living room table. Pull out couch needs new mattress.Beach chairs need replacing and updating.
The condo was very clean and comfortable! We love the Ilikai and have stayed there before, but this was by far the nicest and most comfortable condo. My only recommendation is to put in a small chest of drawers for clothes. There is limited places to put your clothes if you unpack.

The view was breathtaking. We were able to see the fireworks from the balcony it was beautiful! I would absolutley come back to this place anytime. Recommended 100%.
Where do I start? This place was perfect for me and my bestie to enjoy a girls trip. The room was designed well for the amount of space it was. Bathroom and shower were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Honestly I was planning on eating out at local restaurants each day but ended up cooking in the condo. The view was terrific and we were just steps away from the beach. There were sea turtles every day swimming with us. The pool was clean and had plenty of lounges for everyone. Shops were nice and had all the necessities we needed as well as souvenirs. I will definitely be back next year!

Area is all tile. Plentiful kitchen utensils although we didn’t use it much. Beds were easy to sleep in and pull out couch was utilized by the kids. Wife noticed true kitchen area flooring was a bit sticky and gritty but the rest of the studio was fine. Plenty of towels available as well as a couple boogie boards. Balcony had some nice comfortable chairs and some extra foldout chairs.
Parking is valet (no self park) at $45/day l and the staff there are extremely personable and efficient to get your car whenever you need it.
No need to check in at the lobby since this is a private own.

When I travel, I need to use WhatsApp to communicate in foreign countries.
I found it difficult to communicate with Vacasa and we did not see a live person until our last day when a lady delivered some water and chocolate but she had the wrong suite. She was from Vacasa and seemed very nice.
So I would appreciate a way of communicating that works for me. I do not have LD phoning on my Cell or Land line. Only in Canada. WhatsApp is a very common means of communicating.

This property is really a great place to stay. Clean and nice it has everything you may need. Spectacular views of Waikiki beach and perfect little keiki pond. I'd say this property is ideal for a family of 5. We had a baby, a 5 and 6 year old and two old ladies. Lol. Perfect pools for kids and adults! I didnt see the hot tub.
Overall our stay was wonderful, beds where comfortable, properly manager was great to communicate with. Our family had a frat time in Hawaii , very good vibe don’t want to leave

Ilikai hotel is very nice - nothing not to love! Would stay again. Just a short walk from the beach, and about 1 mile from Waikiki beach. This area is a bit less crowded which I liked
