We really enjoyed this property and Barb was so kind, helpful and easy to work with. There were four of us in our party from age 24 to 59 and we all give this trip a 10 out of 10! The location is great because there is so much to do within walking distance, beautiful beach front location, the weather was amazing (which helped) and whale season is a highlight for us.
Everything was perfect as described.
The whole family came and we stayed in two identical villas. Everyone wants to come back next year. What else can you say?
The Hyatt Residence Club did not disappoint. The location was fantastic, the condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was very inviting with amazing views of the ocean. Every morning we would sit on the balcony and watch the whales. Spectacular! Barb was great to deal with. She emailed several times before our stay with useful tips and to make sure we didn't have any questions. Not one thing to complain about!!
The property was even better than described. The views from the balcony were incredible - coffee in the morning while we watched for whales and the perfect place to take in the sunset. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we can't wait to come back.
We just returned from a week at this wonderful property on the beautiful island of Maui! It is in a great location & you have use of the pools etc at the other Hyatt property next door. Some of the best snorkeling we experienced was right in front of the property. We would definitely recommend this place to others! The owner was very fast in communicating with us & offered their assistance & helpful information to us.
Recommend highly. Great stay. Watching whales frolic and beautiful sunsets. Easy access to beach snorkeling and shops. Food great. Valet parking extremely helpful. Would stay here again and again. Thanks. Really enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic place - very spacious - everything brand new. All Patios are unbelievable. Very large - all ocean views. Place had amazing grounds plus access to entire Hyatt Property. Cannot recommend this place anymore. Stop looking and book. You will not be disappointed.
The Hyatt Residence Club at Kaanapali Beach is amazing. The unit and resort were beautiful. The second bedroom in our unit was at the back of apartment so very quiet and dark for our napping kids. Every unit is oceanfront so the view is spectacular; we even saw whales from our view. The floor to ceiling sliding doors in the main room allow for a significant expansion of living space directly to the large deck. The resort provided us with beach toys and chairs for our children from a stash that previous guests bought and left at departure; very accommodating. The grills on site were fantastic for making tasty dinners and the kitchen in the unit is well equipped with quality appliances. The valet parking included with the rental made using our car for grocery shopping (Safeway very close) or outings a breeze. On our next trip to Maui, which cannot come soon enough, we hope to stay here again--it truly is the best on Kaanapali Beach.
Hyatt Residence Club Ka’anapali is absolutely the best place my husband and I have ever stayed. The two bedroom condo was spacious, well laid out, and had fabulous views from both the great room and the master bedroom. We loved being able to cook many of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen and on the outdoor BBQ. We spent much of our time sitting on the huge balcony with head-on ocean views. Ka’anapali beach is great for swimming and fishing and most mornings we took a walk on the ocean front walkway and often ate in the restaurants along the way. Working with the owner to book our stay was a dream and she offered many wonderful tips for maximizing our vacation. We will definitely be back!
