A rich new Koa entertainment center also highlights the great room while newly enhanced landscaping adds to the beauty and ambiance. This home offers a chef's dream kitchen equipped with professional 6-burner gas range, wine cooler, "Nespresso" machine, 2 dishwashers, warmer drawer and bar refrigerator among the extensive appliance package. Guest rooms include two primary suites (King), each with tropical outdoor garden showers and a third bedroom (Queen) with a separate private courtyard.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.
