Upper level 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa overlooking the 15th tee of the Hualalai Golf Course with stunning Mauna Kea, Island of Maui and horizon views of the ocean. Designed by Honolulu-based Architect Warren Sunnland, the Fairway Villas at Hualalai are located within a short distance to the Hualalai Trading Company and spectacular Four Seasons Resort Hotel. Guests will enjoy the quick access in and out of the villa from virtually anywhere on the Resort, including the beach fronting the Resort and the Waiulu Community Pool, just across the driveway. Comfortable bedding configuration features King-bedded master and a king bed in the guest room, two full baths and spacious kitchen, living and dining areas. Large, fully-covered lanai is also great for terrace dining or lounging throughout the day and evening.

This property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Hawaii. You will be personally greeted upon arrival with a full orientation of the villa and our team is available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Guests may also have use of the owner's two private, 4-seat golf carts for easy access around the Resort.
