Clean, comfortable condo close to everything. Between the ceiling fans and tradewinds, did not need air conditioning. Comfortable bed, linens. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Host easy to communicate with.
It was exactly as pictured! Location was awesome!!! The condo was spotless and had everything you could need. We didn’t cook but instead opted to eating from food trucks in the area. Also had the BEST shaved ice from a food truck (Gus the Bus I think). The condo was very quiet and never heard our neighbors, if there were any. We used the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler which the condo provided. Loved having an assigned parking spot. Thank you to the owners for the special touches like the water and yummy chocolates we found upon arrival. The water came in handy as we hadn’t hit the Safeway when we arrive. If you are thinking of booking this condo DON’T WAIT BOOK IT NOW!!!
Jill, our host was wonderful! Everything was there that we needed. She went above and beyond to stock the condo. There was also a great book of info about the condo, emergency information, stores to shop at, & places to go. The condo was super clean no bugs like the last place I stayed. 5 minutes from Wailea. Stress free!! Great area, I could not have been happier! Excellent choice!
It was my first time in Hawaii and my partner and I booked John and Jill's place for 4 nights and we're so glad we did! We had a wonderful stay in their amazing condo. The check-in process was seamless and we were happy to have a designated parking spot. The condo was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, a washer / dryer and a closet full of beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, sunscreen and more. They've even written an extensive guidebook to answer all your questions about the condo, Kihei and Maui! The air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom were so nice as it gets really hot really quick here. Jill was really easy to get a hold of and super communicative. Highly recommend booking this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Staying here was super easy and convenient for everything we wanted to do. We wanted to not only hang out on the beautiful sand beach but also explore all the different terrains in Maui and we were able to get around so easily. The closet of beach gear is fully stocked everything you need is in there, beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, chairs, floaties...everything. We loved sitting on the deck and eating our meals, the kitchen is fully stocked as well for all cooking needs. And Jill and John provide a ton of great information about the island and things to do. Go Snorkeling at Lini'i it was the best decision we made. I plan on coming back and renting this space again.

The unit was very clean and the location was great. I walked every morning to get coffee and everyone around the complex was very pleasant. I arrived late in the evening and the check in was easy. The security guard walked me to the unit since it was darks and I did not know my way around. There is a little view of the ocean and I enjoyed sitting on the Lanai in the morning. I would stay here again!
The hosts Jill and John were very responsive and welcomed us with a hand written note and gifts. Details of our stay were sent ahead of time so there was no worry when we landed as cell service can be spotty. The check in process at the office was very easy. The assigned parking space was very close to the elevator and unit. The grill and pool area are the nicest I've seen. The unit itself was very clean and so organized there is nothing you could possible need; there are extra linens (which were very soft and new) all the beach things you need, big beach towels and a cooler with to go boxes and resusable water bottles to pack a beach lunch was a plus! There are games in the unit as well to sit on the Lanai, which overlooks the mountain for the morning sunrise and the ocean for sunset. The building had security and maintained quiet hours which was nice after a long day. The washer and drier was very clean and in working order. Right across the street is one of the nicest parks/beaches in Kihei, KamIII. I've stayed in Kihei many times and this is best location especially if you are taking tours out of either of the two landings. The highway is right up the road if you're heading to Haleakala. You can also walk to many places to grab a bite.
I can not say enough good things about this place and the hosts, I can only hope it is available the next time I visit!!!
