We had a terrific stay at the Ho'olei in Wailea. We rented two villas for our extended family stay and had an amazing week. The location was ideal. The villa was immaculate and well stocked. And we appreciated the vacation rental team and service during our stay. We would definitely go back!
An incredible property with every detail you could imagine. It was immaculately clean and the property manager was instantly responsive to your questions. We cannot wait to come back for longer time. We were so not ready to leave!

This was an amazing home to stay in. It is close to a variety of beaches and restaurants, and we enjoyed being in the heart of Wailea. The home itself was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation (i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, laundry)
This townhome is a real gem. The floor plan is open and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The showers were good with fast supply of hot water. The grill was clean and functional. Everything was in good condition. There is an elevator which was an asset. The townhome is located within one block of the pool and gym and 4-5 blocks from Wailea beach. A small grocery store is across the street and Kihei, which has more stores and restaurants, is a short 10 minute drive. The garage is a one-car stall but a second stall is available about 25 yards away. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided: The owners provided beach chairs and sun-brellas. CB vacation rentals provided beach towels. While there is not an ocean view, the lanai is nicely surrounded by small trees and plantings. One previous review commented on white noise from the main street, which is correct, but bird songs can also be heard and we did not find the white noise to be a problem. Our group ranged in ages from 2 to 80 so the garden view location near the resort entrance was ideal from an accessibility standpoint. If you have small children, my only caution is that the stairs are marble tile and too wide for a child-gate, so parents would need to keep watch on little ones near the stairs. The CB staff were friendly, professional and accessible. We would like to come stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The property was big enough for my family of 5 adults and 3 little kids. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping. We were very comfortable and the property manager Coldwell Banker was the best. It was easy to communicate with them. The villa was very clean.
Amazing stay! We planned a family trip and the location and property were amazing. Easy walking distance to the beaches and the kids loved the on property pool! We’ve stayed at the Grand Wailea before across the street and this house rental was so much better!!!!

This property is stunning. What was really fantastic, in addition to the quality of the property, is the location. We were able to walk to multiple local sites, including one of the prettiest beaches, multiple stores and outstanding restaurants. And the property is centrally located so everything that you want to do on the island is easily accomplished.
We LOVED our time at this property! It is spacious with beautiful furnishings and decor, and the layout is conducive to family meals and movies. It is close to the beach and we loved our daily walks along the beachwalk and daily dips in the gorgeous water. It is convenient to everything! We would stay again -- this was a great springboard for a memorable family vacation.
Maui is our favourite destination and we have been several times over the last twenty years. The property is the nicest I have stayed at in Wailea. It was absolutely stunning and had an abundance of space for our family -both to have our own space as well as to hang out together on the lanai or in the main living area. . We particularly enjoyed the location as it is closed to the wailea walking path. As well, our adult children liked the pool and spent lots of time enjoying it. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again. So blessed!!
