We stayed three weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas and it was perfect! The two bedroom, two bath condo was ideal with the oversized lanai area. We had plenty of room. Some weeks we had 4 people and a few days we had 6 in our group. (The 20 year olds said the pullout couch was comfortable). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had many meals at Dukes’s restaurant and also walked to many of the other nearby resorts for dinner. The beach in front of the condo was beautiful and we even saw an endangered Monk seal on shore! Would highly recommend this resort during the off season.

K225 is all that it promises! Great view, huge lanai, and very clean. You can not go wrong staying in this condo.
We had a great time at the Honua Kai Resort. People watching on the massive Lanai was a blast and the kids had a great time every day at the pools or beaches nearby. The items provided in our unit was great and well thought out. You’ll have drive a very short way to get to the major shopping or eating destinations in the Lahaina area. However, if you’re in Maui you should be ready to do a good amount of driving to enjoy the island’s beauty anyways! A few minor issues that didn’t bother us much and easily fixed by the attentive managers. Only real gripe was that we wish there was just a little more parking, but that has nothing to do with KBM. Oh and someone stole our daughter’s pineapple neck pillow!

Our condo was amazing and the extras provided by KBM like luxury soaps, kitchen basics, beach toys and boogie boards just made everything so convenient and put our vacation over the top. Very thoughtful team at KBM and excellent support at every step! Thank you.
All I can say is wow! We decided to splurge a little on this spacious unit at Honua Kai and we were not disappointed. The view through the large opening onto the gigantic patio and the beautiful sea and palm trees beyond was simply majestic. We enjoyed several sunset dinners at Dukes right on the property and made use of the snorkel/mask rental shack several times. Highly recommend!

Splurged on deluxe unit on our Maui getaway. No regrets!
KBM provided an easy check in/out process. The only downside is that you can not charge items/food to your room when you’re poolside. It was also a little challenging obtaining the correct WiFi password, but other than that - it was GREAT! We have 3 boys so my oldest slept on the pullout sofa in the living area. No complaints from him, and the living room is big, so it didn’t feel cramped having the bed out at night. This is our 2nd time at Honua Kai and hopefully won’t be our last!
