The condo is lovely. Well maintained and fully equipped with everything one would need to beach hop around the island. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. The resort beach access us a great spot to snorkel and enjoy the water.
First time staying here, we usually stay in the Westin. We loved it, people were great, room was amazing, views nice not too busy but still very active. We will be back forsure.
Everything was exceptional!!! The room was beautiful, updated and clean! The view from the room was even better than we expected! We couldn’t believe how much of the ocean we could see. It exceeded our expectations! KBM was so good at communicating. KBM was always emailing and texting and keeping us updated months, weeks and even days before hand. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation you will not be disappointed. Thank you KBM!!!

Brought our fours kids. Plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the pools, beaches and close restaurants.
Everything was clean and beautiful, although all linens had a strong perfume smell so we had to rewash before use. I was disappointed in the way Duke's treated outrigger customers. Their reasonably priced bar menu was changed to only include 8 tables in one small section where you cannot put your name on a list. You must stalk the customers and rush to their table when they stand up. It's horrible. The meal took an hour to arrive and the server said it's because that menu is only available such a small portion of customers, that it takes longer and it was only available because the resort requested that they offer burgers and reasonably priced items. So I guess they "checked a box". I would never eat there again due to this. That means, there's no other reasonable food on premises which makes this resort less desirable for future visits. Also, the listing for this unit specifically says "outdoor gear" under included amenities and that's simply not true. You can "rent" gear on premises for a hefty fee (vs renting from Auntie Snorkel in town on your way to the resort). I felt it was misleading and brought it to their attention but they didn't seem to get my point that the listing should be revised. The pools are really wonderful for kids, even a 4 year old. And adults of course! Clean and relaxing. Plenty of chairs to choose from. Beach is lovely (except if you enter on the right side of property - there's a homelesss person living in the palm trees).
Beautiful location on property with great views, modern furniture, nicely equipped kitchen and management company is super responsive. We had a broken slider and blender and they were fixed/replaced the same day. Would book again!

We loved the property, the layout of the condo was great. Beautiful view form the balcony, kitchen was well stocked for cooking (just need your own spices outside of salt and pepper) and my kids loved the pools. We also loved dukes being onsite!
We had a GREAT time at the Honua Kai Resort! The check in process went smoothly and KBM Hawaii was great! We can't wait to come back!
