Such a beautiful property with all you need for your stay-even floats,umbrellas,beach chairs for a quick walk to the ocean. Several pools on property including a “quiet” pool. Lovely view while sitting on the deck having meals or just watching fun below. Dukes Beach House restaurant is great for breakfast lunch and dinner. The owners are great!! Hope to return next year.
Great location, host, and room!
Amazing property exactly as pictured and described. The location of the unit is wonderful, situated close to the beach and an elevator that exits to right out to the pool. Check in was easy and the unit was extremely clean. The lanai is large and very comfortable and you can see the beautiful sunset from it. We had one issue with a beach umbrella being broken but the owner was quick to respond. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend renting this unit!

We were blown away by this unit. It was probably our favorite Vrbo experience ever. The unit was nicely air conditioned and super comfortable — we all slept like babies each night. The balcony was a lot bigger than it seemed in the photos. Plenty of space to spread out. We cherished every morning coffee we had on the balcony, as well as watching the sunset every evening. This particular unit is perfectly located — in the shade and never really getting direct sun, so it’s easy to lounge on the balcony all day. And the view from the unit is stunning (see pics). Thank you to the owners for making our stay perfect!
This was a fantastic location and condo. Clean and comfy and very convenient. We enjoyed our time with the kids at the beach, pool, and even while we were in the condo cooking dinner and hanging out on the patio outside which had adequate furniture for lounging and eating as well.
Excellent VRBO rental. A perfect 10.Condo was super clean, very spacious, and with lots of amenities.It is in a great location in the complex.The owners are very responsive and are really nice. Highly recommend.
One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The room was really nice and had everything we needed and more. Mark and Barb were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions promptly. The lanai was big and beautiful and had great views of the ocean and pools. We walked to Whalers Village a couple of times and food trucks are nearby. We definitely want to return one day.
We had the best time! This unit had an amazing view of the pool and ocean while also being low enough that we could enjoy the lani without worrying about our kids being on it. It was clean, luxurious and had all the extras we could possible need (laundry pods, coffee filters, soap, laundry detergent, beech toys and chairs etc). They also had access to the pool towel vending machines and underground garage which was so convenient bringing groceries and luggage up to the room. We will definitely be back!
Perfect location and amenities for myself..my wife and two teenage girls (16 & 18) well equipped 2 bed/2bath..beautiful lanai overlooking the pool and Duke’s Restaurant..couldn’t have asked for a more care free..relaxing 10 days. Thank you for sharing a little piece of paradise with us.
This unit was perfect for our vacation! The HK resort was a great place for families. Duke's and the convenience store on property added to the convenience. We really enjoyed the food truck park just north of the resort; being close to shopping/restaurants in Whaler's Village; and access to the beach and pools - all made it very simple to relax and enjoy. There are definitely a lot of families & kids, but it was exactly what we needed. The unit also was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
This unit was everything we needed for a great week on Maui. The location is great, right on the beach and across from Duke's, close to the food trucks and other great food options, not far from the best beaches on the northwest part of the island. The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked, overlooking the pool and beach. The resort itself offers great amenities, esp if you have small kids, but even our teenagers were happy to come back and lounge at the pools and hot-tubs in the evenings. The owners were very helpful and kind. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend.
This was our second time staying at this property (not the same unit). The property is great for families. The unit overlooks the end pool and the door mid way through the building made it easy to get in and out near the pool without having to walk too far. Having Dukes on the property is a great convenience. The food is good and pool side carry out was always ready in 20mintues. The unit is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. They were great about separating the beds in the 2nd room into 2 twins so our kids did not have to sleep together. They have 2 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards. The chaise loungers on the balcony are very comfortable. Checking in you go direct to the valet desk (not inside). We did valet the vehicle each time. They were prompt. We had a very late flight out. They were able to accommodate a late check out for us for a fee. This was helpful. The unit has cable service on the TV but for some reason it kept jumping back to samsung tv if you tried to see the tv guide. If you enter in the channel number (which they kindly have on the night stand) you can get to the channel. But the guide only appeared once and would not come back. Two items that weren't our favorite where the shower heads and the mattresses. The shower heads were so forceful (other units have it too). Any bit of pink skin and the shower becomes really uncomfortable. The mattresses were too soft for our liking. Felt like our feet were higher than our torso. Aside from that it was great.
Very beautiful place to stay! So close to the pool, so close to the beach. Everything we needed was in the room for relaxing days on the beach. A little snorkeling, boogie boarding, watching the turtles and the whales. Underground parking. Dukes for dinner and pool service all day is so great. What a week of relaxation.

The unit is amazing, clean, and well furnished. Whatever the daily adventure was we had equipment for it. The beach chairs were used often and at a few local beaches. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The check-in process was very simple with detailed instructions and helpful tips. The check-out process and tasks to complete was even easier. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Had one minor issue with accessing beach towels and they resolved it immediately. I mention it because at the pool a few days later we over heard someone say they haven't been able to resolve their pool towel access in 4 days! This is one of the best VRBO's we have stayed at and the hosts were as equally amazing. Thank you Mark and Barb for the wonderful place to stay in Maui.

This is the best condo we've stayed at! Nice upgrades, very clean, has washer/dryer in unit, beach chairs, fridge, comfortable beds in both rooms! Top notch, and great Owners. Mark and Barb super responsive before and after the trip. Would give them and this unit a 6 star rating!
The unit was very clean. The check in process was pretty smooth although more detailed explanation would be helpful. I had a 4 and 8 year old. The unit was perfect for these ages and the owner made sure to specify how I wanted the guest bed set up (king vs twin). Her communication during the stay was great. It was a very conveniently located unit.
Beautiful condo with excellent views of the grounds and ocean. Duke’s restaurant is a great addition to the property in case you don’t feel like cooking. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.
We loved Mark and Barb’s unit! It was clean, well stocked and perfect for our family trip to Maui. We loved having the beach chairs and beach umbrella. The location is perfect- we enjoyed watching whales every morning on the lanai! Thank you for allowing us to rent it! We had a lovely time!

Condo was clean, organized and well stocked. Our friends stayed in a different condo and said ours was much nicer. Condo owner was responsive and provided a lovely welcome gift. It was also in great location - could see the pool and Dukes bar from balcony.
The descriptions accurately detail exactly what you can expect! The condominium facilities are well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Just a few steps to the boardwalk along the beach, a few more to the beach and several pools and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun and/or warm breezes.
We absolutely loved the location of the unit and the unit itself is fabulous.
The owners are terrific and responded promptly to any questions we posed.
