Our third time staying in the property and first time in the condo. Worked perfectly for my family of 7. Was even better than I anticipated. Our next trip I will try to get this exact condo as it was perfect location with perfect amenities.
Great setup for family stay with children - so convenient to semi-private pool. Owner was great - and provided lots of information about local attractions and stores.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. It was great to have a private outdoor cooking area, especially with little ones. The nearby pool was super convenient and the kids loved the Honua Kai pools and water slide.

We had the most spectacular time at this property. We stayed 5 nights and wish we could have extended it for another 5. The large lanai and the pool just steps from the condo were fantastic play areas for our three small kids, and the beach and larger pools were just a short walk away. The place is so well equipped, particularly the kitchen (better than any rental I've ever seen). The hospitality of the owners was also top notch. We can't wait to come back next year!
We had a wonderful time in Maui! We were at this beautiful condo for over a week. It had all we could have needed, has a great layout and the property has many great features! The pool is just behind the condo, the beach is just across the street through the hotel with the other pools and restaurant. There is even a bunch of food trucks within walking distance every evening. Could not recommend enough!!!
Very relaxing set up and better than expected! Mountain view in the morning is amazing! Kids loved the rainbows each night in front of the mountain.
Took my parents who are in their 80s and the lower level and walk out lanai is amazing and so convenient. Beach is 5 mins away and this could not have been a better location. Bob is a great communicator and the condo has everything.
Our 10 day stay was wonderful. The condo exceeded expectations ! Beautifully appointed, clean, and great location. There were many extras in the way of supplies, nothing more was needed.

Loved staying in this Villa. My family and I loved that everything was so close to walk to. Having the pool steps from the lanai was great for the kids. The short walk to the beach was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at this villa, Bob was a great host and so thankful he opened his home to us
Our stay at the Garden Villa was spectacular! Bob made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us several times throughout our stay. The location was perfect. The condo was lovely and well stocked. Bob even had what we needed for the 2 babies that were traveling with us!! We highly recommend 18A! We loved everything about our visit!!
This is a great unit! Everything you will need is supplied. It's a short walk through the property to the beautiful sandy beach for swimming, snorkeling and ocean fun. It you just want to sit by the pool one day, it's twenty paces to the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well appointed with all that you will need. It's a very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful retreat.
The hosts, Bob & his family, are wonderful to work with. Communication was seamless - a very easy process indeed! Bob provided much information on the area so if it's your first time to Maui, he will have you dialed in.
It's great for families (even little ones) or for a couples getaway. You cannot go wrong........unless you book when we want to go back. LOL
My family and I have stayed in the condos here before and decided we wanted to try a villa this time, we were all blown away with this place! It’s in like new condition, beautiful and feels very private.
There are plenty of amenities within the grounds and especially in the villa, pack your bags and book this, you won’t regret it!
We were all sad to leave such an amazing home.
