The grounds were beautiful and pristine. Our room was exactly as seen on VRBO. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the lanai was beautiful with an ocean view every morning to wake up to. It was in a great location with Duke’s on the property. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful island of Maui.

This is our 4th time staying at the Honua Kai. This unit was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in, the view and just about everything was perfect.
Checkin process was very easy and the unit was clean.
The views were very nice and being on the south side of the building was good because you don't get the afternoon sun directly into your unit. But you also don't get the sunset view so its give and take.
If I were to nit pick, I would like to have more towels to use for floors as it gets wet.
But nothing where I would not recommend the unit or stay there again.
We had an amazing 8 night stay in this condo! The condo was exactly as pictured, even including the amazing view! Maui Resorts Rentals was awesome to work with, and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
It was a little tight for the 4 of us but our daughter's 10 and 12 were fine sleeping on the pullout bed in the living room. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area was perfect for our needs.
Everything was awesome, don’t want to leave!
We have stayed at this condo resort before and love it but this particular unit was perfect and a much better choice than previous ones we have stayed in. The view to the ocean is beautiful, the condo is really clean and equipped with all the basics you need. The bed is incredibly comfortable! Everything you need is right here. We will absolutely stay in this unit again.
