Beautiful home, great location. And great experience for our family, my in-laws, from Japan, my wife and myself. Also very courteous and prompt responses to any questions or requests we had during the stay.
Property was ocean front with expansive views and a nice fresh water pool that was deep. Location was great except home is a few feet from the road and it could get loud while trying to sleep. The home was spacious but dated. Overall I would stay again for the ocean views, pool and location.

The website photos do not do this home and location justice. The layout is perfect, the amenities plenty (great pool!), but the warm ocean breezes, the amazing view - all will take your breath away. The staff at GIR are super-quick at responding to emails and assisting with any problems or needs. It's a private home and there may be a glitch here or there, but, oh, that view makes up for any minor inconveniences. Now... how to return??

Honu Lani has an energy. We were speechless when entering and seeing the view. Then the husband and I explored and we comically called it the house with 100 drawers. It is so well stocked you have everything except the groceries you will buy. Small town, lush, garden old Hawaii at it's best. Book early or you'll be disappointed because the home is so wonderful people return year after year. We truly enjoyed the home and will never forget this heaven on earth. NC & PP. Came back to Kauai for our group’s third time for a conference (but primarily a vacation). Our previous trips here we stayed at the conference resort…..we definitely will be doing this house going forward. Amazing experience, comfort, convenience, and everything we needed. Thank you so much.

One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. The sunset and sunrise views were beautiful, and the view of the ocean made it a place you did not want to leave. This home is equipped with everything you may need; we found nothing to be missing for cooking or comfort. Garden Rentals communication and quick responses were much appreciated, and the rental was very clean and ready upon arrival. Would not hesitate to book this rental again. THANK YOU!

We stayed at the property for a week. There were four adults and a child. This property is fantastic and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are incredible and my son absolutely loved the pool. The location is great with being a very short drive to all the things Poipu has to offer, but is quiet and serene at the same time. The communication with the property manager also made for a seamless experience. Highly recommend.

We have been staying here for a few years now and each time it feels like coming home. This is a well-maintained house with an incredible view right in your backyard! We also cannot say enough good things about Garden Island Rentals. Any and all interactions are always very professional and the GIR team is always there for you. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone; however, you almost wish it would remain a secret as well.
