Kona Reef Unit A24 is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom oceanfront condo nestled in the heart of Historic Kailua Village. Step into the unit and let the soothing sound of the ocean wash away all your worries and the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The unit has undergone a recent renovation, featuring a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Stay cool with the split AC system, ensuring a comfortable living and sleeping experience in both the living area and bedroom.
In December 2022, we made some exciting improvements to Unit A24. A new sliding glass door was installed, equipped with UV protectant film to shield against the afternoon sun's heat. The door's new hardware makes it easy to open and close. Additionally, a new sleeper sofa was added to the unit, providing extra comfort for guests.

Unit A24 also comes complete with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for our guests' convenience. While some snorkel gear may be left behind by previous guests, please note that we do not provide snorkel equipment. Non-fitting snorkel gear can ruin the fun of snorkeling, so it's best to rent your own equipment during your stay.

Oceanfront property disclaimer: This unit offers an unparalleled oceanfront experience, providing breathtaking views of the ocean and a bird's-eye view of the reef below. However, during the winter months in Hawaii, we encounter significant swells and strong winds from the water. Consequently, your view may be obstructed by saltwater that dries onto the glass. Additionally, during high swells, strong winds, or rain, sitting on the lanai may become uncomfortable. Please carefully consider these factors when making your booking. If you believe these issues may significantly impact your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We may have other properties that are not as close to the water, which could better cater to your specific needs.

We have stayed in several different units in the Kona Reef over the past few years. This unit was the cleanest unit we have ever checked into. The remodel that was done was very nice and the unit was decorated very nicely. All of the furniture was comfortable including the bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing and serving our meals. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working and called the after hours number around 9:30 at night. The person who took the message was very helpful and said they would leave a message for the property manager. At 6:00 am I had a text from Tracy at Kona Beach asking when she could come over to measure the area to replace the refrigerator. By 2:30 that afternoon we had a new refrigerator. Things happen and appliances break but this was handled excellent. The only issue we really had was when we booked the unit we were not informed there was a remodel taking place in the unit next door. Consequently there was construction noise during the day. This is something that should have been noted on the rental site

Excellent property - true oceanfront watching surfing/whales. Toilet clogged on arrival but management group had a plumber out immediately- same with lost parking permit- DO recommend

We really enjoyed the condo! It was clean and organized. The appliances worked well. The sofa bed was comfortable. The bedding was organized in the plastic bins and vacuume suction bags which was helpful. There could have been a better hook or hanger for the living room "closet" area for the second guest sleeping in the living room. Other than that we really enjoyed it!

The condo was perfect with an absolute stunning view. This is our second time in this condo and we loved it even more the second time. Highly recommend this condo and Kona Reef. The location cannot be beat, and the amenities are great!
