This was wonderful for our 4-day stay. The apartment is perfect for two people. The location is absolutely ideal, with the beach only a block away and plenty of amazing restaurant and food truck options nearby.
My wife and I had a wonderful honeymoon at Marks’ place. Upon checking in, we encountered a minor issue with the door lock code. It was slightly off, but we were able to contact the number provided and resolve the problem promptly. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of everything, offering a partial ocean view and a breathtaking mountain view that we absolutely adored! The condo was exceptionally clean and spacious. To make our stay even more enjoyable, Mark, the host, even provided beach chairs. Overall, our stay was fantastic until a racist neighbor in the building made offensive remarks towards us. Mark, the host, sincerely apologized for the incident and immediately relocated us to a different, completely free location. We were incredibly grateful for his prompt action and his genuine concern for our comfort and happiness. We will definitely book again with Mark!
Place as advertised clean very close to beach. Older building code on door not set and it took a bit to make that happen but overall it was perfect and I would go back
My wife and I had taken a chance and decided to try and book a new B&B without any previous reviews yet. We knew we were taking a chance from the start. VRBO assured us thay they had our back if things where not on the up up. Upon arrival to the propery and opening the door to the condo. We noticed it wasnt even clean up from the last people who booked it. Trash and dirty laundry were still left and condo uncleaned. We were really upset that it wasnt ready after a long flight to Ohau. Shortly after I arrived there a message from the propery manager came through stating that they apologized but the house keepers were running behind. They said give it an hour and go eat and when you return it will be cleaned. Long story short it took an addional 2hrs more as we waited around with all of our luggage. The apologized once and again and offered to wave our cleaning fee which helped. I thought they would have called me when it was ready. But I actually kept contacting the manager to see if it was cleaned. I felt i wasnt there top priority. When we finally got into the condo we had to use the bathroom and after 1st flush it overflowed. At this point I was at wits end. I emailed the mananger once again and again no fast response. I ended up leaving to walmart and buying a plunger and fixed it myself. Later the next day they replied and reimbursement me for plunger. The building wasnt easy on the eyes but the condo wasnt bad. Con you can hear the elevator going up/ down all nite
