Excellent!!! The stay was as advertised. Location was great and close to everything. Waikiki. One minute walk to the beach and great restaurants and shops very nearby. The place was clean and comfortable.
Pros: clean, quite quiet; great central location
Cons: very cramped; no pool; washer/dryer is outside in parking lot; neighbor smokes pot on balcony; twice someone claiming to be employee entered our suite without knocking first!
We had a great stay. The beach, restaurants, shopping and many activities were all in easy walking distance so there was no need for a car. The room was clean comfortable and had all of the needed amenities.
Great location, 2 minutes from the popular Waikiki beach in the center of town. Surfboard rentals downstairs. Great public bus system. The apartment is small , but we had everything we needed. Property was clean, plenty of towels. When we had a problem with the WiFi , property management responded immediately and came out to fix the issue. Garbage day is every day at 6 am .
We enjoyed the studio, it’s exactly as shown on the website. The ocean view was better than expected. The building is old and run down, but the location is a 2 minute walk from Waikiki Beach, restaurants etc. the location is also a curse because starting at 4:30am every morning, Sunday at 5:30am garbage pick up for all hotels right outside the studio so exceptionally noisy. A/C unit is also very noisy, if you like the quiet and are a light sleeper you may want to take this onto consideration. No washing machine in unit, the shared washing machines are outside in the parking area and are dirty and in bad shape, find a laundromat instead.. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Never had any issues with the studio so we never had to contact the property manager!

We enjoyed our stay; however, you should bring extra toilet paper and kleenex. Make sure you are given the laundry room key.
The actual building is a little run down, but the room is great, hence the rating of 5. There is no parking, but if you have a car, there is a public garage about 2 blocks away that seems to have the best rates in the city.

Design of the condo, felt like home. Great location, near everything. Would definitely go back
My wife and I were in Honolulu for a few days of our trip and we booked this little condo to be close to the beach and to many walkable activities. We were extremely pleased. The location is incredible, its one block off of the beach, it is also one block from a popular pick-up spot for pre-booked island tours like pearl harbor etc. Everything is walking distance from this condo. There is no need to bring anything extra with you- there are convenient stores very close by that you can pick up most things you will need for a stay at a decent price. The only draw back of the condo is that it is very small and offers little privacy with the bathroom. We spent very little time in the room though. There was always something exciting to do nearby. If you plan on spending significant time in the room, maybe look elsewhere. I hope they fixed the access to the laundry facilities, you will need quarters and your own detergent- if there is access. The only gripe I had with management's communication was with regard to accessing laundry facilities. Everything else was lovely.
Great little apartment tucked away in a convenient area of Waikiki. Just one block from the beach and easy walking to multiple dining options. Space was clean and building occupants were friendly and quiet. Outside noise was a bit for us who aren’t used to city life, but AC unit helped to drown out some of it. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend packing ear plugs.
Location is great but cleaning is not the perfect.no coffee and not enough soap for3 days. Smell is mold and dirty and towel is clean but so old shape
We loved the location of this apartment, just one block away from Waikiki Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including pots, pans and utensils. It lacks storage space but that didn't bother us. It had a beach umbrella but no beach chairs. We called before the trip and Vacasa could not tell us if there were beach chairs in the apartment or not. Terrible customer service on the phone. In the other hand, after check in, the iron was broken and the local staff responded promptly and replaced it. Overall, we had a great time in this apartment!

The room is just right for 2 that didn't spend much time inside. Close to everything you can imagine. Traffic is crazy but getting places on foot is super easy. Definitely book again!
Place was spotless on arrival and every item was working and in great shape. Great to have cold a/c in Hawaii and shower was great water pressure. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks!
