4 bbq grills were not working when we tried them.
Excellent location. Beautiful views from both lanai’s. We saw many sea turtles, fish, and one small shark. The unit was clean and the complex was quiet all around. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was amazing. Great location on the beach. Beach access was great. The view was amazing. The sky was covered with stars that were easily seen from here. Shops and coffee spots were walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were extra towels. 10/10!
We had a great 5 night stay at the condo in Lokelani. When we first drove up the front looked a little sketch along with the small pool. Once we got inside, we were greeted with the most amazing views with swaying palms and beautiful water outside the 2 lanais. The central AC seemed to be broke throughout the place. The had portable ACs in both upstairs bedrooms and the main room downstairs. It was hard to keep the Master cool in the afternoon with the direct sun , we ended up keeping the windows covered during the day. The condo had everything you needed, including a rice cooker on the counter. We loved the location , I feel the listing needs to be updated as there are tons of more places to eat that are only a few blocks away , compared to the listing. There is a newish pastry / sandwich shop next door to Badass Coffee , a close shave ice place and a delicious arepa place that is also pretty new. The water outside and views were an absolute dream. We saw honu resting in the evening and tons swimming around during the day from the lanais. We would definitely stay here again!
We love Loke Lani. Its location to the shore with beach access and beautiful Rose pool make it a perfect place to stay when visiting Maui. The grounds are beautifully kept up and units have a wonderful view.
Location is awesome. Condo is pretty nice as well. Not super modern but we don't care too much about that. Only real complaint was that the A/C solution was three independent floor units and the ducting to exit had leaks and/or just wasn't very elegant (looked bad and was inefficient). For 9ne of them it took me a bit to figure out how to turn it on since it was connected to an extension cord that went off thr 2nd floor balcony down to the third floor balcony (I assume this is done to not overload the circuit, but took me a bit to figure since it wasn't plugged in). But maybe this A/C situation was just a temporary solution.We also couldn't find any hand or dish towels or oven mitts in the kitchen, but maybe that was just an oversight/mistake by the cleaning crew.
Stunning view! Turtles on the semi-private beach. Fully stocked kitchen equipment. Wall air conditioning units were broken but there were two portable A/C units in bedrooms.
Wonderful stay overlooking the ocean with the constant sound of the waves. Close to shopping and dining and bakeries. Ka’anapali resort area about 10 minute drive. Great snorkeling beach at Airport Beach just a 3 minute drive. We watched turtles swimming in front of the condo on most days. Nice quiet condo!
It was in a great location. The property has a little beach area right outside. Family friendly for sure. All in all it had everything we needed.
You can’t beat the views at this condo! We saw whales and home right from the balcony!
Property manager was quick to respond when we had an issue and arrived to the property to help within 10 minutes!

We loved the place and had such a great time. The double lanai from both the living room and the master allowed us to enjoy the incredible views from everywhere. We never used the AC and just had the screens open - I can still hear the water lapping against the shore! Great location somewhat tucked in from the main street. All grills used were well maintained and clean. Thanks

Overall vacation was wonderful. The condo was clean and in a great location. We felt safe for the entire trip. Owners provided quick responses to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We watched the whales from our balcony, and enjoyed snorkeling and swimming at the beach.
I have stayed at this location two other times, but this is the first time in this condo. It is beautiful and well kept. You cannot find a better location! Only request would be higher chairs for the balcony, so the railing doesn’t block ocean view. I would stay here again!
The location is incredible. Was frustrated by the AC unit in the second room that dripped water all night. It soaked two towels the first night and we didn’t use it after because of that hassle factor. We reported it and they said that during the day while we were gone, a maintenance person “didn’t find any issues”. Clearly there were issues and they didn’t really help. There were also roaches in the fridge. We were killing a few every day.
We loved our stay at this condo. We enjoyed waking up to stunning ocean views right outside our window, and we especially liked seeing sea turtles everyday. There is swimmable beach and a pool, which was perfect. Great central location with restaurants and businesses very close by (walkable or a quick drive.) We would return!

the property was great. view was fantastic. it would of been nice to have to have 1 more beach chair & 1 more umbrella. we noticed the umbrella had a rental tag so was it left by other renters?? also it would of been nice to have a cooler??? had to buy one. overall it was great. would stay again
We had an absolutely amazing time as a family! Sunsets every night, snorkeling right at your doorstep and all the comforts of home. The location was quiet and so many things were a short walk away. I highly recommend this location. We had great communication and instructions for check in and check out. Book your trip today!
Pros: Location was great! View was amazing. We saw turtles daily. Air conditioning was wonderful and much needed during our stay.
Cons: The condo is very dirty. I didn’t notice until day three that the sheets had some sort of black/brown stains on them. They should have been replaced prior to us arriving. The shower head had mold covering it. The sinks appeared to be moldy as well. I will agree with other reviews and say this location is very outdated. We don’t need much because we usually are at the beach or finding something to do. However, a few upgrades in here would make a HUGE difference. If I were coming back to Maui, I would not choose this condo specific again.
The condo we rented was great, exactly like the photos. The rooms were spotless, the box of toiletries and kitchen cleaners was such a bonus, great supply of everything we needed for a week. The condo itself was very roomy although we really spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the steady stream of green turtles swimming by. The little beach at the end of the property was great, especially when a green turtle came ashore. The pool was at the end of the parking lot, so no view, but it was clean and great for a relaxing dip after a busy day. Bathrooms were roomy and clean. Beds were very comfortable although the twin beds seemed very small for adults. I would definitely return.

Pros: million dollar view, good space for a family of 4. We didn’t test the pull out sofa, if it’s a must for you - I wouldn’t trust it (see cons), nice pool, dedicated parking, partnership with excursions, generous “starter” supplies, chairs & umbrella (look in closet off kitchen), beds were comfortable enough, washer/dryer, double sliders, mini splits for AC.
Cons: so ridiculously outdated the furniture smelled like stinky kids tennis shoes, not comfy to relax at all, out dated kitchen, dining and baths that were clean but looked old, we didn’t feel at-home, patio furniture needs updating, straps on one chair were broke and side table is broke. The owners do NOT care to get referrals/repeat business. It’s so gross, I didn’t want to sit on the furnature.
By comparison we are repeat customers (5 times) at a condo in Florida that requires their owners keep somewhat updated furnishings. This place - I’m guessing is decorated from the 90s. It screams Bamboo Company - not in a Hawaiian vibe way. I get the expense but at some point as a host you show your motive & this owner only cares about bookings.
The small beach is the neighbor condo it wasn’t a big deal to walk next door, but a call out. You also need to bring your own furniture with you to the beach OR lawn - the basement condo’s own the Chase loungers & we’re not nice about my daughter & I asking to use- we were told to get our own (which were on the 3rd floor balcony) so we grabbed the beach chairs instead.
We had the most wonderful stay in this condo. Perfect for our family of four. The views off the lanais are breathtaking. The location is absolutely perfect and we would defiantly come back!
Loved the ocean being right out our front door with amazing views from both decks. -can’t say enough about how close you get to be to the water and and watch/listen to ocean waves from your own decks. Gorgeous beaches abound in the area but really neat to be able to enjoy small sandy beach area and water in your own private beach too.
I was a bit reluctant before checking in based on the mixed reviews. Once I opened the front door and saw the incredible view, all reluctance left. The condo is dated, but that in no way detracts from the pure enjoyment of the lanais, seeing turtles and whales daily, sleeping to the sound of the surf all night and the private beach for fun in the surf. I would stay here again.
The location and views are wonderful. Saw whales everyday. Where we find fault is the cleanliness of the condo. Large cobwebs in master suite. Broken closet door and slats on master closet. Extremely dusty laundry room door. Broken threshold between dining area and living room and asked not to wear shoes was questionable The condo feels old and dated. The living room furniture was not comfortable and cushions were dirty and stained. But the most alarming fact was we got no response to a question we posted to the owner a few weeks before our final payment. We won’t stay here again and recommend no one else does until these issue are addressed
