Roomy place to stay..quick access to snorkeling and viewing of turtles. Host communicates very well keeps you up to date on condo. Uses an online app that guides renters to how to’s where to get items you need, amenities and sights near by.
This was the perfect accommodation for our family of five. Pre-trip communication was clear and thorough, making check-in a breeze. Everything was clean, in great condition, stocked, and well-appointed. The snorkeling in the cove was even better than we imagined!
The cove is a great location. The condo is clean, secure and comfortable. The rental, check in and Checkout process are clear and easy. The sunset from the deck is limited. Walking from the condo to shops and restaurants is not easy due to no sidewalk. The vibe is older adult or family. Again the cove and access to the cove for snorkeling or paddle board is awesome.
we really enjoyed our stay. the condo was comfortable & well supplied, and the grounds offered easy access to fun snorkeling, sunset viewing, and the seeing sea turtles up close made the experience that much better. easy to recommend.
We had a lovely time staying here! The views were incredible and having a pool right on property was perfect for our kids (ages 7 & 8). We enjoyed snorkeling in the private cove and were glad the property had many pool and beach amenities to use. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!!
The three twins upstairs plus two bedrooms downstairs worked perfectly for our family of 6. The condo is beautifully remodeled and decorated. We will definitely be back!
We loved the condo, the warm pool on the property, and swimming with sea turtles and incredible fish right in the bay. We loved hikes to sandy beaches. Our only concern was that we had no AC and so we needed to keep windows open and we could hear the neighbors, the loud birds, the garbage disposal truck picking up trash, and the cars driving by. This made it tough for some of us to sleep at night.

Our family had THE BEST time staying here! The condo was clean, well-located, and had an amazing view overlooking the cove. We had the absolute honor of getting to see (from a distance) sea turtles who had come by to sleep on the shore. The hosts were very commutative, we had a very small hiccup getting into the home initially but they were extremely responsive and were able to help us out quickly! Highly recommend!
This was our first time to Maui and we weren't familiar with the different areas, but were told by friends to stay in Napili Bay. When I went to book, this place was quite a bit more than other places somewhat nearby. Having not experienced any of the other properties, I can't compare, but I can say, we are very happy this is where we landed.The little cove that's right down stairs was not only the perfect view from the unit, but we swam with the turtles there, almost every day of our stay.While we did drive to other parts of the west side, quite a bit, we also walked to the nearby restaurants and beaches in Napili and loved the surrounding town so much.The kitchen amenities in this unit are great and there is a good amount of space with the 3 bedrooms. With 6 people there's not room for everyone sit in the living room and watch a movie, but that's ok, the kids usually went to their rooms when it was time to relax anyway.The only thing we weren't prepared for was the lack of toiletries. While there was a small travel size shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, that wouldn't have suficed for 6 people, for 10 days. We were also only left a couple roles of toilet paper, so had to purchase toilet paper at the store. This may have just been an oversignt by the cleaning crew, but when traveling, these are usually provided.Our only critism of the property is that's it's very dusty. At surface level things are clean, but fans, doors, etc. are extremely built up with dust.
Honokeana Cove did not disappoint. It is a very short walk to Napili Bay, and the cove is overflowing with turtles. During the late afternoon, the rocks of the cove are littered with large turtles sunning themselves. It is a little tricky getting down into the cove, but the snorkeling was worth the trip. It is in a good location, not fare from markets and shops. The unit itself was very lovely and comfortable. The pool was also very well maintained and we found ourselves lounging in the pool in the late day hours recounting the days adventures. Definitely would recommend.
The location is fabulous - the complex has its own private cove & the snorkeling was amazing! The condo was updated & comfortable & had everything we needed. Stay here if you can!
This unit was well furnished and fit our party of 7. The cove is an excellent place to snorkel or just sit and watch the turtles.
We had a great time at the condo, it was perfectly located on a private bay that was loaded with turtles. Absolutely amazing.
The five of us were thrilled with our accommodations! The property was beautiful and we swam with sea turtles within 15 min of being in the cove. We loved every minute of our stay and would recommend Honokeana Cove to everyone planning to visit Maui!

We have stayed in the villas at the ridge multiple times. We have trekked to the beaches and bays to swim sun snorkel. This was out first time at the Turtle Cove. The condo is a perfect home base well equipped and appointed. The front room is a very airy breeze cool relaxing retreat. By 7 am the street it faces is busy but we wear ear plugs so it never bothered us. The second bedroom was perfect for my son and the two rooms are divide by a nicely remodeled bathroom.
The loft up stairs had three twin beds and its own bathroom. That provided extra room for my daughter and her guest. They slept cool, quietly, and away from morning sun rise.
The kitchen has spice rack salt pepper vinegar and full pots pans lots of glasses and plates silverware. Even a Ninja blender!
The rental comes with beach towels and beautiful near full view of the cove and relaxing space on the balcony. The living room could seat more and you can stream all apps via their remote or we used a connected laptop.
The rental also comes with some beach chairs and a few things to enjoy the sand and some snorkel masks but we brought many of our own snorkels gear.
The star of the rental is the cove and how we easily went out and explored saw turtles by the dozen swimming or sun bathing on rocks every day!

This property is just as good as I always thought. We hadn’t stayed here before but will definitely be back.
The floor plan was perfect for us. The 3 bed loft with bathroom made life with 3 teenage girls a breeze. The 2 downstairs bedrooms offered private retreats for my husband and myself and my son and daughter-in-law. Snorkeling in the cove was some of the best I have experienced. Beautiful fish and turtles everywhere. Our host was very informative and helpful. In fact, we couldn't seem to get the coffee maker to work and he offered to ask someone on island to find one for us! If we return to Maui would stay there again.
