We love the condo. You can sit on the line and see the sea turtles swimming out in the bay. The tiki torches at night had a great ambience.

Gorgeous location and beautiful grounds make this our new favorite location when we visit Maui. We had a large group of family members (16) who every night sat on the grass area and watched the sunset together. It was so peaceful and pleasant. Our only knock was the general condition of the unit we stayed in compared to the other three units our family members stayed in.

If all you want is guaranteed snorkeling with fish and turtles, steps from your room, this is it! The condo itself is modern, supportive beds and massive windows. Cari was very accessible. An authentic Maui vacation.
Great low key stay with beautiful view. The space worked well for our family with the teens in the bedroom with the two twin beds and us in the loft. Cove access is on the property and requires navigating over smooth stones. We saw many turtles during our stay.
We loved our stay. The snorkeling was so easy and felt so safe within the cove. in addition to turtles, fish and eels, I saw my first octopus! I can't recommend this property enough!
Property is well maintained with a gorgeous garden. Many plants are labeled! Their commitment to the environment is real. They installed a filtered water station and 85% solar energy! Staff were so kind and helpful!

We love the cove and it’s the only place we stay on Maui. This specific unit is not one we would rent again. We had 2 separate units this trip and 216 was not our favorite. Although we understand that some units (most actually) have no AC this one was rough with direct sunlight and little winds. One of the fans provided didn’t work. This unit could also use some updating and was not very well equipped. It’s the first unit we have stayed in at the cove that had no beach equipment of any kind, no chairs ...nothing. We would not rent this unit again but will always stay at the cove.

We’ve stayed at honokeana cove about 15 times through the years. Love it. So great for families...snorkeling awesome...people are great. Especially office manager Sue. Love her. We will continue to choose this beautiful place for our vacations!

We had a fantastic time at Honokeana! The vibe of the property is friendly and RELAXING. It’s not a loud party place so if that’s what your looking for this might not be for you. The location was superb for walk out snorkeling and the bay was rich in marine life. We stayed for 11 days and loved every moment. We had a second floor condo which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
