Me and my son had a great time on the property. The condo was clean, it has everything we needed. The beach is 5 min walk. Very cozy, maybe not the brightest blue water, but very private. We did not use the pool. You cannot use beach beads or chairs so it's weird. We also walked to ocean center. There is a general store, and few restaurants you can walk 20 min or 5 min drive. We enjoyed our stay in Maui, it's a great island!
The location was great for us. We went snorkeling from the harbor at Maalaea. The furnishings in the condo were comfortable and attractive. We appreciated the provision of beach towels and beach chairs. The property management responded quickly when we had a minor problem with the toaster not working. Because we had a third person in our group who was sleeping in the living area pullout couch our only complaint was not being about to screen out the amount of ambient light coming from the walkway, stairwell and parking lot.

The property management company was great to work with. They were prompt to respond with any questions we had.
We loved the sun, sand and surf. We saw turtles close to the shore and whales in the distance! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
Everything was good for the price. Only thing is that the nice lady above us didn't like us turning on the AC.
We loved how spacious and well decorated the property was! We also loved how close it was to the main road and the beaches. It is an older unit so our plugs got pretty hot while using them. Also, they were doing construction and the walls are kind of thin so we can hear it throughout the morning. Our kitchen and bathroom light & microwave went out on Friday night and we couldn’t find the power box. We had to wait til Monday morning to get a response from the company because it was closed over the weekend. That is the main thing that we didn’t like. If there’s an emergency you won’t get any service if you’re staying there on the weekend. The power box was hidden behind a picture frame by the way. Also, other than that, no complaints! We would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend if you want privacy and want a nice space for 2 maybe 3 people. We went to Kehei, Lahaina, Kapalua Bay and various beaches in the area. It’s a good location if you have a car. We enjoyed the second half of our honeymoon here.
Septic smelled around pool area
Nicely appointed condo. Beach front with whale watching every afternoon in February. Great location and central to many of the places you would want to go. The condo was very clean and very comfortable.
The property was in beautiful & excellent condition. Undoubtedly due to my own fault, using the ORBITZ reservation system was not easy and I had great difficulty in communicating with anyone regarding the accuracy of my original reservation request. Aside from this, it was a most pleasant stay.
Overall experience and location was awesome. Resort nice and clean.
We had a great time while staying here. It was right next door to the Maui ocean center aquarium which was a highlight of our trip. The pool in back of the unit was bordered by the ocean itself. We did not have easy access to the beach as it was fenced off. We had to walk to the next set of condos to reach the beach. Great location. Great memories

Property was clean, comfortable and up to date. No direct beach access anymore due to erosion, but the beach is still just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again!
