Property Description
Holomakai B and B is a vacation rental with three bedrooms for rent individually on Maui’s north shore. Each room has a private bathroom, ac, tv and WiFi. The rest of the house, the entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living room and spacious ocean view lanai, are all shared spaces with the other guests and the owners. Located near the road to Hana we are ideally situated for exploring this side of Maui. We are on agricultural land and grow bananas and citrus. For breakfast we provide bagels, eggs, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, bananas, coffee and tea. Breakfast is self serve do it yourself and available anytime. We live on the property and are available at all times for questions and assistance. We are available for one night minimum stays.
One other thing to note is that while we spray quarterly for pests we can get insects in the house. We also have geckos occasionally inside too.

This was a great location and stay for the one night we needed to begin our road to Hana trip. The shared kitchen provided a convenient area for coffee and a light breakfast. There were a decent amount of bugs/spiders in the bedroom and bathroom, and lizards in the kitchen area, but I guess that's to be expected for this area. We had dropped an airpod in the driveway and the host was kind enough to message us and arrange for us to pick it up on the way back from Hana. We enjoyed our stay here.

The online pic depicted a beach , but appeared to be photoshopped. Never saw owner/manager. Had trouble with frt door. Saw 4 lizzards / gheko inside. Wife wouldn’t use shower after seeing 6-7 spiders. Bed was very comfortable.

We had a beautiful stay at North Shore Maui. A steady breeze from the ocean and the quiet lulled us to sleep. We had everything we needed and wanted provided. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spanking clean. We would be delighted to stay there again in the future.

We were here for only one night but could have easily stayed more. This was our second time here and it has been wonderful both times. Owners are nearby but give you ypur own space which is wonderful!Nice quiet property and a great tropical feel. Love the lanai area and also the kitchen area and meal options.with places to keep pur own food cold and fresh. Would definitely stay again!

We spent two days in Haiku at North
Shore Maui. We picked the location because it was near our son's home. It turned out to be a great place to stay and enjoy our time. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. The joint areas like the kitchen, living room and porches were well supplied and comfortable. We met several other guests while there and everyone we met was welcoming and kind with a story to tell. Mahalo!

House has 3 bedrooms, 1 on each floor. There was a couple in each of the other bedrooms. Bedrooms have a/c window units, top room apparently undersized and was told it was hot. House was hot when we arrived around 7 pm but our room on main floor cool. Make your own breakfast

Loved the arrangements - having breakfast provided our first few nights on Island was such a help! There’s little cell service so make sure you have check-in information saved somewhere.

Beautiful property with all the basics needed after long days exploring the island. Did not interact with hosts - they were respectful of the guests and gave us all space. Close to the mountain for sunrise/sunset views and right at the start of the road to Hana. Fun to chat with other travelers in the shared space. We loved sitting out on the lanai in the evening and morning. Comfortable bed.

We only stayed here for one night after doing the Road to Hana and had to leave to the airport the following day. Wished we would have stayed here longer! The house is shared with other guests, which was no problem at all. The common areas (kitchen, living room and balcony) were clean and decorated so beautifully. The breakfast options were a great touch as well. I read one review about the disappointment of waffles being Eggo waffles. Who cares, it is complimentary and you don't have to eat it if you don't want, no need to compain about it!
The rooms/common areas had everything (if not even more) than you can ask for! I would definitely come back and recommend this property to anyone!

It was a one night stay for us. We were a bit disappointed to find out the waffles were Eggos, but otherwise the home is beautiful, clean, has everytning we needed and had amazing views. Loved our stay.

Clean, easy to check in, has good ac in room 2, and so easy to get up and beat the crowds on Road to Hana. Nice view of ocean in the distance. Lovely open living room and kitchen. Big shared fridge to keep your cooler items and freezer for ice packs. Basic continental breakfast. As soon as we checked out I thought we should have just stayed here two nights instead of staying in Hana. This way luggage would have been safer in our room and not in our car for the drive. Plus, it was a much nicer place than where we stayed in Hana. If we did Road to Hana ever again I would absolutely stay here.
