Everything was amazing. Perfectly clean as I walked in and the view from our place was amazing.
Beautiful location, clean condo and nicely stocked. No air conditioning so can get a bit noisy at night with windows open, but box fans helped. Did see a few roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hot water is lukewarm in the bathrooms. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time to Hololani. My husband and I came with my parents, my daughter and now fiancé since he proposed in Maui. The condo had a fabulous view that was better than the pictures online. The condo had everything we needed to cook great food along with the super clean barbecues down by the pool. Thank you for the great place.
Amenities are all excellent. The price is right , you can utilize everything you need from the kitchen, living room to the bedroom. The location is what we want most, overlooking the ocean, hearing the waves like sweet music and smelling the fresh clean air. We enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend your unit. We loved the view from the balcony.
We picked this condo for its stunning ocean view and beach access. Those did not disappoint at all. And Vacasa seemed responsive when we messaged them. However, the building itself seems poorly maintained (a sign in the elevator rather ominously contains detailed instructions for being trapped inside), and it is LOUD. You can hear everything, everywhere in the complex above a conversational level (even splashing in the pool). And our last night saw the addition of a pretty sizable cockroach.
The unit was great - it was big enough for us and our kids. The view is amazing with a large lanai. The unit does not have AC so it would tend to get a bit warm. The ceiling fans were helpful but the standing fans need to be replaced. A full size broom would’ve been nice to sweep up any sand that gets in the condo and beach chairs (which are common in other condos we’ve stayed at).
This unit is wonderful, everything was great, except the only problem I had was that they have NO BEACH CHAIRS to use. I have never stayed at a condo in Hawaii (and we come yearly for the past several years) that didn’t have beach chairs. The Hololani units are in a wonderful location. I will just stay in a different unit next time beacause I need beach chairs and prefer not to have to buy them for a weeks use.
