Book this one! You cannot beat the view. The moment you walk in this place will force you to relax. The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular. Sea turtles everywhere. Cool breeze from the upper level was fantastic. Neighbors were very quiet. We came here for my daughter’s 21st birthday And we cannot wait to go back again. We absolutely loved it. The owner was so accommodating and helped us out when our flight got delayed. We cannot thank her enough!

We had a wonderful stay. Didn't quite see all the whales we has hoped for but did see some come out of the water in the distance right from the lanai, also saw some turtles swim near the shore/sandbags. When you were on the lanai or even from the master bedroom, you felt like you were right on the water! We were within walking distance to Captain Jack's. There is also a gas station, McDonalds and General Store within walking distance plus other shops. Yes, the condo could use some updating but then the host would have to charge more for renting! We were comfortable enough with what there was. The king bed was very comfy/firm and the twin was on the softer side, according to my friend. Communication with the owner was great, The host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly in our communications. Carol
Wonderful location. Condo has great bones but is really showing its age. Second bath desperately needs remodeling, especially the shower. Screens on windows in back bedroom needed so windows can be left open for air
The spacious lanai offers outstanding ocean views. There was quite a lot of whale activity during our stay and being on the seventh floor gave us a great vantage point. We spent more time than we normally might have on the lanai. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. This is a corner unit which allows for good ventilation with open windows. The condo is dated and a bit worn but quite comfortable.
This location is great. Close to many beaches. We saw turtles and rainbows daily from the balcony. Sunsets cannot be beat. The condo has everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler. Thanks for sharing your Maui with us.
The property was quiet and as advertised. It was expected to be older decor but it was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I wish I knew was the master bedroom windows had no coverings or screens, making me uncomfortable with the leaving them fully open for the breeze. The wind was very strong one day, we had a towel we brought fly out the window. So use caution with the windows and strong trade winds. But i loved the sound of the ocean, seeing the moon set over the water, the sunsets each night. Just spectacular. Appreciated the assigned parking spot and location og

We stayed a week end of September/beginning of October with our daughter and son-in-law. The condo is situated perfectly for two couples to be comfortable. The condo is dated but that didn’t matter considering we were out and about most of our stay. The unit is spotless and we had everything we needed for every aspect of the vacation. I particularly was happy with the seating on the lanai. The view is incredible and we watched the sunset in comfort! Having coffee in the morning on the lanai was a favorite for all of us. I stress the seating because we’ve been places where the chairs were awful and it ruins the experience.

We stayed for a week in July 24. The views are stunning- we saw turtles every time we went out on the lanai…fish and dolphins throughout the week as well. The sunsets were gorgeous and we had an occasional rainbow too.
There was plenty of space for our group of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool and outdoor grills were cleaned daily. Check in was easy. Covered parking was a nice amenity. Host was extremely responsive.
No AC but it was comfortable with the windows open…the unit is dated but the views more than make up for it! I hope we get to come back someday!

Amazing location. Near all snorkel, surf, family friendly beaches and hikes. The two bedrooms was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their space and was so comfortable. Every single room (including bathrooms ) had an ocean view. We went in April and still saw whales from the balcony. Tons of sea turtles, rainbows and sunsets. The washer and dryer came in the clutch, and we loved having a full kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed to make food for our family anytime day. Can’t wait to come back.
I had to reschedule due to a family death and our host, Melissa was very empathetic and obliging. Melissa helped us turn a terrible situation into a promising one, and we were so grateful.
Went with my mother on our annual trip to Maui to visit relatives, and brought a friend who was visiting Maui for the first time. We were impressed by the view from the lanai. We stayed 8 nights and almost every evening we stayed out on the balcony to watch the sunset, which were all amazing. In the daytime we could see humpback whales jumping out of the water, it was constant. And rainbows multiple times during our stay. The room was clean and well furnished, some days we used what utensils were there and cooked our own food, and because there are restaurants nearby we would walk less than 5 minutes to grab a bite. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back on a future trip.
Just as the listing says, we walked into amazing views of Lanai and Molokai. We enjoyed time on the lanai with regular sightings of splashing whales! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs and made good use of them! A great location, close to the beaches near Kapalua, and walking distance to a great coffee house (shout out to Hawaiian Village Coffee!) and the Maui Brewing Co!
The host was very easy to contact and quick to to any questions we had.
Even without A/C, there were wonderful breezes through all the rooms. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for sharing your place!
ALOHA! This was the perfect place for us to stay on our family vacation to Maui! The views, the views, the views. We constantly kept the lanai doors and all of the windows open to listen to the ocean, night and day. Sometimes it got a little warm cooking in the kitchen (no AC), but it was worth it. Sunsets!
Our family of 5 really enjoyed the space this condo provides, square footage wise, but also the set up. Having 2 full bathrooms was a lifesaver, and having the seating area in the master bedroom (with an amazing view) was a bonus. The size of the lanai was great too. Lots of closet storage and hangers were great too. You are so close to the ocean that when we sat on the lanai, it was almost like you’re on a cruise boat. Beds were comfortable. We also loved the Hawaiian photography art throughout the condo!
It was amazing to have a covered parking spot for our jeep, and we were so thankful for the beach chairs and plenty of gear provided too!
Hard to come up with any improvement ideas… the kitchen and master bath are outdated, but clean. Would be nice to have a new lounge chair on the lanai as it’s getting pretty old, and I personally would love a few more rugs. Like an outdoor rug on the lanai, and some cushy ones in the bathrooms. I do understand that creates more cleaning after guests though.

Great ocean views, excellent communication. Not a modern one but it has everything else needed for a comfortable stay and enjoyable views for a vacation. We even got to watch whales from the balcony.
