We have stayed at Honua Kai several times. This trip did not disappoint. The condo is in great shape and is well maintained. We can't wait to go back.
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had some questions regarding the unit prior to arrival and received prompt replies. The check in process was easy, and staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio with the ocean view to my right, and beautiful greenery to my left. The unit was clean, spacious and the kitchen was definitely loved. We will definitely be coming back!! Mahalo for a fantastic vacation!
We made a last minute trip to Maui searched days for a place this unit was perfect great location just right for a couple nice bed and AC worked great.The best thing was the host Maui Resort Rentals their customer service was over the moon great communication along with service. As I said the AC works great and my wife needed another blanket easy-peasy we had a blanket. Thanks again for the wonderful memories that were made for us.

I recently returned from a seven night stay here. We were return guests to the Condos but first in this room.
The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with modern amenities. I was also pleased to find that our room had a view of the ocean which made for a breathtaking start to the day.
The hotel restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious cuisine which changed daily, as well as drinks at the bar which were always expertly concocted.
The location of the hotel was also perfect - right on the beach, which meant I could make the most of the warm tropical weather and crystal-clear waters. There were also many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, which made for a lovely evenings out.
Overall, the staff, facilities, and overall experience was truly amazing. Highly recommended!
This condo has everything you could want - right on the beach, fantastic views, great pools, onsite restaurants, coffee bars and markets, poolside eating/drinking, beachside bbq’s, all while having the comforts of home with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The hosts are great to deal with and extremely responsive. They even accommodated our late check out request as we had the red eye home and were able to stay until 9pm! I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was just as advertised. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Nice large pool suitable for adults, with separate pool with a water slide that kids seemed to favor. Right on a long expanse of beach and boardwalk connecting different hotels. Proximity to Duke's restaurant a plus for those nights when you don't feel like getting in a card. Nothing but good things to say about this property.
Very nice condo with a great location. It’s great having beach access right outside of the property along with several swimming pools on the property. The unit is very nice, clean and comfortable. My only critique is the bedroom was a bit smaller than expected from the photos and there was limited dresser drawer space to store clothes in - but with that said, the king size bed was comfortable. Overall it was a great place to base our Maui trip from.
Overall the units of this property are awesome. Well equipped, nicely furnished, especially with the indoor/outdoor feel.
If you’re looking for a resort type property, this isn’t it. The property isn’t very accommodating/ service oriented. It’s more a “self serve” condo type of vibe. If you’re looking to cook your meals, bring your own drinks to the pool, this will be a great fit.
