Great condo. Fully stocked with necessities including beach gear. Walking distance to downtown historic area with shopping and great food.

Beautiful view of the water and park below. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with appliances, silverware, and toiletries. The Air Conditioning worked very well. The location is central to everything you would want to do in Hilo and it was nice and quiet in the evenings and throughout the night. My family enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Communication with the VRBO owner was always fast with prompt and courteous messages and responses.
Great place to stay right in the heart of Hilo. We were there for a baby luau so the location was perfect to visit with friends and family. I would recommend it to anyone who asks where to stay in Hilo!
We had a great time staying at this property in Hilo. The property itself was a little dated, which I think you can see in the photos, but it was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for everything we wanted to do. Would recommend!
We enjoyed our stay here and would return for a future stay again. Property was very quiet and secure, located next to a beautiful park and Wailoa River. Amazing sunrise in the mornings was a bonus. Property manager was very responsive and attentive.
Nice location with a beautiful view, just outside downtown Hilo. Parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Accessible, responsive host. The unit itself was clean and spacious, with a well-supplied kitchen. Air conditioning worked great. The condo building has offices on the lower floors, so doesn’t exactly have a vacation rental feel but would still recommend it as an excellent base for exploring the east side of the island.

Nice, quiet and clean apartment. Easiest check in and check out process I’ve ever had with any rental. Lots of space if we were staying longer to store clothes, etc. The air conditioning worked great which isn’t always the case in Hawaii. Within walking distance of downtown. Will stay here again if going to Hilo

I love taking my breaks and walk around the complex, go to farmers market or go to all the amazing different food places around. It’s also just minutes to beaches falls , the volcano, farms, botanical gardens and many other beautiful places
The condo itself is very nice with an amazing view of the lagoon and park. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and such that we needed. The air conditioning worked great. We arrived on a very rainy afternoon (itʻs Hilo!). Donʻt be put off by the exterior of the condo building. It looks like it needs a paint job, but again, itʻs Hilo. The security guard was extremely helpful when we had questions about the parking garage and laundry area (the coin machine for the laundry is in the guardʻs office). Also itʻs a nice parking garage - not dark or scary. There are convenient carts near the security guard to bring up groceries. The property manager, Terry, was very responsive to all inquiries and provided a great list of suggestions of what to do in Hilo. I would definitely stay there again. A couple more comments - the building has government and professional offices on the first 2 floors. You walk through a hallway of offices to get to the parking garage. Also food deliveries come right to your door, the security guard will let the delivery person in. Handy on a rainy night!
First time in Hilo, spent a few days sightseeing. The condo was comfortable and convenient- nothing fancy, and the exterior can seem a little un-tropical at first. But waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the gardens, and having so many things within walking distance or a short drive, was fantastic. I also loved the setup - enough privacy for each guest, and a nice kitchen and living space in between. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Terry was wonderful and provided so much helpful information, I felt like a local in no time. It also helped having laundry on site. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Mahalo…
Serene views of the peaceful lagoon are the main reason to stay here. Every morning we woke up to a quiet, lovely, view of the park and lagoon.
The condo itself is dated, but comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable. A separate living room and kitchen allowed for some privacy.
The condo was conveniently located, by car, to all of the Hilo-side attractions. Our host's recommendations for restaurants and attractions were spot on. We had nothing but great dining experiences!
