If I could rate this condo higher than 5 stars, I would. My wife and I are extremely picky about cleanliness when staying in VRBO’s, hotels, etc. We were very pleased with how clean the condo was. My wife and I spent a week on the Big Island, splitting our time between Hilo and Kona. After staying in this condo, I wish we had spent the entire week in Hilo. We loved the condo, loved Hilo, and have zero complaints. We will definitely stay at this same condo the next time we visit Hawaii.

We stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute. The condo was beautiful, updated with class, very clean and the floor plan was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the cleaning tools (Swiffer mop.and vacuum cleaner) so that we could tidy up. Didn't get a chance to lounge on the beach, but appreciated the beach supplies. The location was ideal! So close to everything we wanted to see and places to eat. We were grateful for a dedicated and covered parking spot.We wish we could have stayed longer or better yet could live in this condo!

Very nice stay. Rooms were nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking looked a little confusing, however me and my family had a handicap placard which made parking convenient and easy for us. We were able to get to our destinations from this location which was nice. It was nice and quiet at night. The coffee shop right downstairs was amazing.
Location was good, however we did have to drive places. Close to downtown, restaurants & pharmacy. Building & hallways older and dated. Parking was good. Elevator & luggage cart made it very convenient for unloading. Washer & dryer just steps from condo (needed to have change to do laundry). Air conditioning in each room was very good. Closet with beach chairs, towels & snorkel equipment. View from balcony was pretty as advertised in photo. Condo was mostly updated. Kitchen was narrow and had enough space for one person only. No exhaust fan for cooktop. Would have been nice to have more dishtowels and drainer since the unit did not have dishwasher. More ice trays and silverware needed. Extra chair in living room would have been good. Nice TV and ability to stream was very good. Also nice to have TV's in 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms were both roomy. Master bath had very old tub with no stopper and shower had hand held that was placed very low (more for a child than adult).Vanity area was nice & large closet in bathroom was good. Luggage holders for luggage in bedroom would be good to have. Furniture on 2 of the balconies was nice. More pillows would be good. Overall our stay was good. Did not use pool.

The condo was clean including our rooms and looks updated. Liked it had the necessary kitchen appliances, bonus is the keurig & the kitchen utensils to cook with. Liked that we were able to get 2 rooms and the views from the lanai was nice.

We loved the Lagoon setting! Lots of wonderful water activities nearby and walkable to the marketplace as well. Unit is well maintained and elevator access is super convenient. I wish that coffee was provided (there is a coffee maker) but all else was excellent.

We had a great stay at this condo. The building is large but we encountered surprisingly few people, and it was very quiet. The view overlooking the lagoon was beautiful. The condo was clean, had plenty of space, and was walking distance to a great burger place. Close driving distance yo groceries and the beach. We would stay here again.
Clean and updated 2/2 condo in central Hilo. Easy drives to Volcanoes National Park, Waimea, waterfalls, and downtown Hilo. Loved walking to coconut island and around the park. Beautiful sunrises can be experienced every morning on one of the three balconies. Mahalo!

The condo was quite nice! Well stocked, great size, very clean, nice view of the park. Perfect for a short trip for 2 couples. The owners notebook with local places and info was great.

This is a great 2BD 2BA condo to enjoy your time in Hilo. The two bedrooms are large and roomy. There's modern furnishings throughout, and beach equipment in the closet. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is close to many cafes and restaurants. Despite being near the airport, noise is not an issue. The only negative was that our entry into the condo was delayed because we weren't given correct access code information by the property management company. Also, as others have mentioned, 2 tiny bars of soap are provided, which seems unnecessarily stingy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
Unit is beautiful. Building and hallways could use updating but who cares. Great central location in Hilo town. Would be nice if the building hallways would have signage to the laundry room and trash chute from the elevator. Also a water filtration pitcher or vessel would be appreciated as tap water isn’t good. Would stay again
The condo is very nice with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable. Everything is clean and new in the apartment. The building is a very old and big apartment and office building. The security guard is not friendly. There are two luggage racks that you can use to bring your own suitcases upstairs. The pool is surrounded by black asphault. It is not walkable to much. But the inside of the place was very very nice.

Paint of bath tub was little bit dirty. So, we DID NOT use it. We only took shower only.
The view is amazing! Very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. One small accent chair would provide comfortable seating for a fourth person in the living area. Otherwise someone sits on a kitchen chair. The kitchen is set up nicely. A pocket door, swinging doors, etc. would give privacy to the one bathroom. We had a great stay. Mahalo
We had a wonderful time and happened to see the volcano active during our stay! Everything is fresh and new here and a perfect place to land after busy days out exploring. Of note, beach toys or chairs aren’t supplied but the condo itself is lovely and inviting and the lagoon parks are stunning. Mahalo for sharing this beautiful place with us!
The place was newly remodeled and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Building itself is old with dark hallways. But the unit itself was very well lit, spacious and comfortable. We were in town for a few days and the location was central to everything in Hilo. I would stay here again.

We loved this small 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the lagoon. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was well-stocked and balcony views were wonderful. Good communication and support from host. Supoer close to a great coffee spot (drive through if you prefer) and the farmers market. Highly recommend.
The apartment was great for two couples - the area is surrounded by large roads so we drove everywhere especially at night- little town of Hilo is hip and old but has great restaurants- folks who are unhoused are on the street in front of the restaurants- it’s a great spot for drives to volcano national park, snorkeling etc- great area- not touristy

This clean 2-bedroom condo is in a great location with easy access to Hilo and area attractions. The main building has businesses on the first 2 floors, and condos above. The long hallways are quite stark, dark and somewhat musty smelling. However the condo itself was bright and airy, and the lagoon view from large windows and 3 balconies is amazing. Condo decor is attractive, comfortable and mostly updated (one bathroom's tub/shower enclosure could use replacing). The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. AC and wifi worked well. The coin operated laundry is just steps away down the hall, and the allocated parking spot is under cover. Access to the room was with a keypad, so no "checkin" or "checkout" was needed. A helpful folder of information was provided in the unit. One issue we had was with parking, as we had 2 rental cars between the two couples, and there is only one allocated parking space. Fortunately the building security person gave us a temporary parking pass to use one of the "one hour only" spots. A few things would have made the stay even better: provide more toilet paper (only 2 rolls were in each bathroom and we stayed 9 days, so we had to purchase more), we had to buy bath soap as the tiny bars provided distintigrated quickly (shower gel dispensers would have been nice and more environmentally friendly), there were no extra kitchen garbage bags so we had to purchase some, luggage racks were not provided in the bedrooms, there was no kleenex and there were limited plugins. One of the bathrooms has no door in front of the sink and 's open to the main living area so there's no privacy for the couple using the attached bedroom. The kitchen space is cramped and there is no dishwasher. Despite these few negatives, the positives were the location, unit space, beds, decor and especially the view. For the price, it was a good stay.

While the outside and internal halls look like a mid-century office building, inside is a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Hilo. Walking distance to downtown, the shore and restaurants. Only downside is the pool was closed while we were there.
Perfect location for this property, the check in was flawless and the management company was amazing at addressing a minor issue we had and was sorted the same day. The apartment overall was so clean, tidy, fresh and the decor was calming and modern, it was totally refurbished. Only downside was they forgot to refurbish one bathroom, plastic insert and very, very old taps, plug etc, we could not use it as I believe it was not meant for people over 5’5’.
The view over the lagoon was awesome and the frogs sing you to sleep at night.
Great property for excursions to all points of the island. Wonderful stay.
