Wonderful Hawaiian house in a great location. Walk a couple of minutes to the water! Convenient to sites, restaurants/food, downtown, airport (but NO airport noise) but tucked away with a beautiful private yard to relax in. House was very clean with nice Hawaiian decor - the perfect set up for us and our adult kids. Well stocked with the basics - very comfortable. Loved having breakfast on the lanai. Great place to spend some time in Hilo and the Big Island.
Our family really enjoyed our Hilo stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the water and a 5 minute drive into Hilo. We were impressed with the condition and efficiency of the home. Everything we needed (and more!) was available in the home, plus beach gear outside. We’ll be back!
The property was a pictured with beautiful grounds. Owner was a great communicator and we had a fabulous week in Hilo.
The location is great! Just 3 min walk to the beach! We spent lot of time there when it was raining in Hilo. The toilet downstairs not work well, but the whole experience is great!

The house and studio worked out perfectly for our family trip to attend our daughter's graduation from UH Hilo. The separate studio unit allowed grandparents a place to relax in while the younger adults utilized the gazebo. The outside bathroom and shower were super convenient when returning from the beach. This is our second time staying at this vrbo and would definitely book it again!

The house is lovely: immaculate, comfortable, quiet, and very thoughtfully appointed. The owners have thought of every detail, and we were even greeted with fresh flowers and a welcome basket. The outside space is fabulous, and the home is right down the street from a small beach. Highly recommended!
The house was super clean and I am super picky about cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and the owner was nice enough to leave cookies and rainbow bread for our arrival. It is small—but it was fine for 3 nights to see the sights in Hilo and Volcanos National Park. The upstairs unit is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. My 18 year old daughter stayed there and it was nice so we could have our own space. House is close to everything in Hilo but tucked away to feel private. It was about 40 minutes from Volcanos National Park.
