Oh my gosh, you won’t believe how amazing our stay at the villa in Hawaii was! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were surrounded by breathtaking ocean views and lush tropical gardens. The villa itself was a masterpiece modern luxury with a touch of authentic island charm. Every little detail, like the comfy pool furniture, made us feel like we were right at home.The pool was our go-to spot for relaxation and soaking up the sun during the day. And the evenings were just magical! Warm Hawaiian breezes and stunning sunsets painted the sky. The location was perfect private yet close enough to explore local shops, beaches, and mouth-watering island cuisine.But what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.In every way, this villa was a paradise retreat a perfect blend of tranquility, beauty, and luxury. I can’t wait to go back and create even more unforgettable memories in this slice of island heaven!

A hidden gem! This suite was the absolute best spot to spend our week on the Big Island. Paul and Kay were excellent hosts. Paul greeted us as we arrived and answered questions as they arose. The pool and hot tub, along with the quiet backyard, provided the perfect oasis for a week of relaxing in the sun. The suite had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. We cannot wait to return again!

Our host Paul was always helpful and accommodating, including in communications before our arrival. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything needed during our stay. The ocean view is spectacular! Peaceful and quiet, perfect for our much-needed getaway. The location is quite convenient to restaurants and shopping, and to night snorkling with the manta rays, my favorite activity! We went on a day trip to Volcanos National Park, and they picked us up right at the house. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd be happy to return someday.

The property is right over the ocean looking South over a small bay. There are two suites in the lower level of the host's home, with the host residing above. They do a good job keeping to themselves, so having them there was the same as having a neighbor in a condo. The other suite was unoccupied until our last day. We had the backyard, pool, and spa to ourselves until the last day when we got neighbors. Much better than sharing a condo complex poo/yard where you don't know what those many kids have been leaving in the water.
The unit is a bit odd with respect to kitchen. If you don't care about food prep, no issue at all. But be aware the kitchen is spread across the bedroom for coffee maker, bathroom for one counter and cabinets, foyer for toaster oven microwave, fridge, and dishes, and outside for sink, counter, cabinet, and gas grill. In the end, it works, but going through doors for different things is a pain. Also, no problem having no stove, and the electric fry pan works, but it would be nice to have a simple induction hot-plate and a few pans to cook with.

Found this great spot on VRBO while looking for hotels. Perfect hideaway at the opposite end of the beach road that leads to main part of town. Contacted Paul with my info and the process was easy. Pictures are all spot on. Quaint living/sleeping area ground floor with pool and hot tub outside the bedroom doors. Outside shower is perfect when returning from beach or excursions. View of Ae'eia Bay with stone beach and walkway that leads to awesome sunsets. Really wish I stayed a couple more days to enjoy more of the Big Island. Only thing is no stove/oven.. Microwave/toaster is available. I really didn't use or need them on this trip. For me it was the perfect place to return to everyday after enjoying all that Hawaii has to offer. Wish I stayed longer.

Absolutely lovely! Central location in quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful with all amenities needed. Hosts provide privacy unless needed.
