Loved our stay in Waikoloa! The condo was perfect for our needs, super spacious and comfortable, and in a central location for us to explore the island. It was easy to walk to the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops and the beach. Full kitchen and washer/dryer added to the convenience. The owners provided excellent instructions to get us checked in quickly and made sure we were comfortable once we arrived. Highly recommend a stay here and we would definitely come back again. Property is nice and well maintained. The unit: AC worked very well; bed in master bedroom was comfortable; plenty of pillows; loved bidet in both bathrooms; lots of leftover items in kitchen (flour, sugar, salt, pepper, etc); there were also water bottles in the refrigerator and the ice maker worked very well.Some negatives: there were only 2 hand towels and no face towels; generally clean but as you look more closely you could see a heavy layer of dust on pictures, art work, etc; the kitchen counters were not wiped down well; stovetop knobs were greasy and had to be cleaned.But we did love the stay at this unit! Location is excellent.The unit was generally as clean as a normal home may be. The owner was always engaged and sending messages despite the distance (Japan).
The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, the location was wonderful with peaceful golf course views, and the owner made sure we had a pleasant stay. We truly enjoyed our time here!

This condo is a little older but very nice and clean. It was better stocked with many items. They also have lots of baby equipment if a family comesIt is very convenient to the pool and the carport is greatIt's in a perfect location next to the Kings and Queens shops so you can get food for your stay or there are many restaurants. We can't wait to come back

Loved coffee on the lanai. We've stayed at multiple other condos in this area and this one might need a little updating. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access to beaches, shopping, and food. Appreciated all of the laundry/soap amenities that were provided.
We enjoyed our time in this peaceful condo. The pool is lovely. Both rocky shore and beach are an easy walk away. Our host was responsive.
While 3 of the 4 of us ended up ill most of the trip, the condo was a bright spot of the trip. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Well equipped and a great location within the complex. Lots of supplies, beach towels etc. Host was very lovely and easy to deal with. Could use a new comfy couch.
We’ve stayed in this area in a similar unit before and it was great. However, I cannot recommend renting this unit. It’s old, dirty and just overall tired. It Needs a remodel. The owner lives in Japan. I don’t know how long it has been since he has seen his place. His property manager is doing him a disservice.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. The property is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, a beach, and other resorts. The owner and on island contact were very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo was spotless and very comfortable. It was perfect. The location was great and walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
We really enjoyed this stay, sitting out on the balcony with a the view to the golf course was excellent. Very nice kitchen space, living room and dining area. We ran the AC as needed during the day, and the trade winds kept the place cool at night. Everything was also very close by including the kings and queens shops, lava lava beach club and the Hilton. We will definitely be coming back!

The space was so perfect for our trip. It was so quiet, clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and some other random (and helpful!) beach stuff in the closet. Everything was great!
We have stayed at other similar places on the Big Island but this was by far our favourite. The location is ideal for a family who wants a mix of pool, shopping and beach experiences. It's a short drive to Kona for food and supplies but also has the shops 5 mins away for last minute needs. The condo itself was clean and large enough for our family of four and the lanai looking over the golf course was a perfect way to spend breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans and we were able to cook nearly every meal (good for a family with allergies, since the Island isn't exactly allergy friendly). The condo also had beach chairs, toys and boogie boards, which were well used when we went to Hapuna Beach 15 mins away (not to be missed!)

The Condo is magnificent. Better than the photos. A wonderful area just minutes from all you need - shopping, beach, restaurants, golf and more. It is away from the "Big Town" and only 20 minutes from the airport. The condo and area is so quiet and peaceful with a really nice veranda overlooking the Golf Course. We came for our son's wedding and found out how nice the area is and now we want to come back again for more relaxation and Sun!! Mahalo!!
