Our family had such a wonderful stay here. The property was exactly as it was depicted and we enjoyed every day we got to spend there.
A well-equipped and comfortable little flat, but the standout feature is the huge lanai. 4 separate sitting areas, with views of the sunset over the ocean, and plenty of shelter from Kona's afternoon rains. Would stay again!
Overall an absolutely amazing experience. The space itself was clean and as advertised. The views were perfect and the lanai is where we found ourselves basically every evening. The inside is a bit small but with two adult couples it was more than enough for our needs. And even with no AC there was plenty of natural breeze through the entire house.
Our hosts were amazing and available of/when needed. They were able to answer any questions we had. They live at the property but were hardly noticeable. The beach items, cooler, and grill they provided were a huge help. We made dinner for about 6 to 8 others and had ample room to all spread out and enjoy the breezy lanai.
I would 100000% recommend anyone to stay here. From our whole party we can not wait to come back to Kona and stay here again. Thank you Fred and Julya!
We loved our stay! Beautiful views, spacious lanai, perfectly stocked kitchen and super comfortable living space. We also loved having access to all the beach supplies we needed. A definite plus and just yet another reason to thank Julya and Fred. They are awesome hosts! We highly recommend booking a stay with them when visiting The Big Island.
We enjoyed our stay! The lani was beautiful and when at the house, we spent the majority of our time on it . The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed.
The outdoor area is great. You can just hang out and enjoy the view. Unique and adds a lot of space.
Close to drive to the tourist hot spots, but away from them so you are not inundated.

And watch every sunset over the ocean. We have no complaints. We got the relaxation we needed. there was beautiful snorkeling nearby.

I loved the mosaic on the shower floor, the seahorses on the plates, and the earth friendly detergent, shampoo, condition owners and the lemon tree, the papaya and breadfruit trees in the front yard.
This place is a true gem! It’s loaded with everything you need- from boogie boards, snorkeling stuff, beach towels, ice chest, to the awesome kitchen thats stocked with everything. It’s a home away from home! Super clean, and tons of extra blankets, sheets and towels.
The view is incredible. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset every single night, without having to pack up and head down to the beach. The patio area is incredibly large, and where we hung out most of the time. The host are incredible nice and accommodating with anything you may need- we will definitely be booking again soon! Unmatched comfort and totally relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Lanai spending most time there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, nothing lacking in amenities including oil and spices. Comfortable beds and wonderful shower. Though we did not meet the owners (on their own vacation) their son was there to great us and help out once when needed. We hope to be back
