The house was super cute and comfortable! Perfect for 4 people. Large yard, spacious kitchen and dining area. We loved it!

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and had every amenity we needed. We loved the neighborhood. Our friends lived just down the road so we went back and forth quite a bit. Hope to go back and do it all over again. The Coqui were loud at first but soon we got use to them and we became quite found of their singing. It is a tropical paradise for sure.

Wonderful property that made me feel like I was staying at my friends cool Hawai’i house. Kitchen had any utensil that I needed and the living room was warm and comfortable. Delicious star fruit on the trees too. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time at Valerie's house! It was decorated in Hawaiian style, and had all necessary amenities. It's located in a quiet neighborhood - we felt safe, and had a lot of privacy. You can explore the Hilo area or the Volcano National Park without having to drive all the way from Kona.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved having dinner and breakfast out on the lanai. There is a close town about a 5 minute drive from the house with some cute and delicious bakeries and restaurants. Hilo is about 35 mins away, a perfect place to get away from it all. The owner was super kind and nice. She definitely made sure that we felt comfortable at the house. We will be back!!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal and the house is confortable. The back patio is nice to enjoy a cup of coffee outside (even in the beautiful Hawaii rain) and the kitchen is set up well for cooking. The comforters are rather thin, and a on a few chilly nights we did end up needing extra blankets. This was our first time on the big island, and we loved the location of this home.
So many fun things to see, and the house was spotless. Everything was in top working order. Highly recommend.
