What a great place! We had a wonderful time staying here in the Waikoloa beach Resort area, on beautiful A-Bay. The property, pool and bbq area was top notch. Our unit was well appointed, lots of space, a nice lanai and great beds. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!
Overall the unit is excellent. Clean and comfortable. The only negative was ability to enjoy the lanai for dinner. With ac units running on the lanai’s we missed sitting outside to enjoy quiet time.
The condo was completely amazing!! We loved everything about it! The decor, location and amenities were wonderful. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we travel to the big island!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villas! The location is ideal for us, walking distance to the Kings Shops, where we found delicious dinners several nights, and the Queens Marketplace, for fresh fish and veggies on the nights we took advantage of the BBQ and enjoyed a peaceful meal on the balcony. The A' Beach is within walking distance, a great place to pull up a lounger and read under the palm trees, or avail yourself of all the beach rentals, snorkels, kayaks, etc. Whale watching leaves from the beach as well and we were delighted to be able to spot several on our trip. James and Stacy were very responsive the few times we needed some assistance and have given much thought to their guests needs, providing all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back!
Place was beautiful. Location near shops was great. Second floor apartment with people below and above you. Could hear children above running around in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us. The people below us complained about every little noise even though most days I had teenagers that slept till 10.
We had a great stay in this unit. Everything was comfortable and well maintained.
The condo and its community were quiet, clean and in a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach, grocery story and Queen Market and King Shops. I have zero complaints. The owners reached out to see how we were doing which was a nice touch. I would stay here again as I love the location and convenience of a small gym, pool, and shopping.

Aloha!!! My husband and I just got married and was on our honeymoon from Texas. We were over the moon when we arrived at this beautiful villa. It was exactly as described and more. The property was easily accessible, as the restaurants and shopping malls, parking was good. Watching the sunrise from the balcony of the villa and then the sunset from the infinity pool was absolutely spectacular!! The property manager always responded. Not if, but when we make our way back to Hawai’i from Texas, this is the place we would love to stay. Mahalo for everything the Big Island has to offer. This trip was a dream come true!
