Everything exceeded expectations. The host was amazing - fast communication - accommodated our every need - made us feel welcome and valued. The condo is gorgeous. The views must be some of the best of any condo on the island of Kauai. You can eat your meals in view of a sea arch and lava rocks with ocean waves crashing non-stop. The condo's temperature was perfect with the help of two portable air conditioners. There was plenty of supplies for our excursions like a small cooler. The condo was spotless and in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at the property. The location is great and the views are incredible. There are a few drawbacks to the property itself and those are minor. The owners and managing company were very responsive which we appreciated

This truly is a "Stunning Ocean Front Condo"! The view was absolutely amazing—waking up to the ocean each day was peaceful and unforgettable. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the beauty of Kauai. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
This was our third time staying in the Poipu area. This unit was the best of all. We previously stayed in another unit in the same complex, but this unit puts that one to shame! The unit was clean, quiet, spacious, and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee grinder (mahalo!), A/C, and strong wifi. The lanai is perched directly overlooking the ocean which is maybe 30 yards away. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. It is so close to the ocean! There is a blow hole where the waves come crashing through. The dramatic surf was pounding and turtles were constantly popping up to the surface through the crashing waves. At night while we were stargazing from the lanai, several white owls were flying in front of us over the water. Shipwreck Beach is a short walk down the pathway accessed through a gate in the parking lot via key provided. Poipu Beach is a 10 minute walk down the hill on the other side of the complex. The unit exceeded our expectations.
We celebrated out 31st wedding anniversary in Kauai and stayed at this wonderful condo. It had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was unmatched! We enjoyed watching the waves crash and seeing turtles swimming around in the cove. We definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Kauai and stay in a nice condo close to the water.
We had a great time. Unbelievable location looking out over the ocean, turtles swimming out front every day. Quick walk to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. Lots of room, comfortable beds/furniture, well-stocked kitchen, effective air conditioning. We'd like to stay here again in the future.

This villa exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, the unit was clean and comfortable, and the view off the balcony was unmatched. The host was able to accommodate last minute changes that helped our timeline to our next rental property. Overall 10 out of 10 and we would definitely stay here again.
P.S. hiking trail along the cliffs all the way to Shipwreck beach was something we realized on our last day. Highly recommend. Sea turtles in plain view from balcony.

Walking to the condo involves 2 sets of stairs so those with issues just know you will have to get your luggage in and out. The Ocean views are absolutely mind blowing. You can see it right from bed or sit out on the covered balcony. The owner provided plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for our week long stay so that was a surprise considering other VRBO we’ve rented. No dishwasher liquid that I could find. The freestanding a/c units n each room did a great job along with the fans. The “updated” 2nd bathroom isn’t really updated but that didn’t matter to us in the overall picture since the views were so amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment .The key code is just a lockbox to the side of the front door that inside contains the key (like a realtor box almost).
