Friendly check in, great view of canal; great location; elevators always broke down-long wait to get down from 21st floor; no microwave; beat up dinky dorm refrig; uncooperative people required cash for parking but never wanted to take the $30 to update sticker; 1 smoker in unit set off fire alarm; clean
