Well stocked cottage in great location - we love ICC! Terry was very responsive to email inquiries throughout the booking process and our stay. The complex is under construction - not near this cottage, but others. We were without water (no showers, toilets, etc.) for 10 hours, which I don't think is the norm, but did impact one of our days. The TV remote wasn't working - which we were advised of before our arrival - not a big deal. But the maintenance person came to work on the TV unannounced, which was surprising for my family. Overall, would highly recommend this cottage and we hope to be back again soon!

Very peaceful and beautiful! Great ocean views that were far enough away from the crowds, but could walk to. Beach gear was not complete, but we decided not to snorkel anyway. Overall very relaxing and a much needed vacation!
Perfect place for scenery and breeze. Pool almost in your backyard. Grounds are immaculate!
That's what we felt like the entire two weeks, a winner. All kitchen appliances, W&D, ceiling fans etc were in tip-top shape. Kingsize bed in larger bedroom was comfortable. We have rented in ICC before and like the setting very much. The west view of sunsets the front room is a great way to close out a day on Maui and this cottage has the best view we have had at ICC. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope for a repeat as soon as possible.

This was a very nice cottage. Very close walk to a beautiful beach w great snorkeling! Steps from the pool. It was a very nice stay for the value. Only drawback was traffic noise and no outdoor patio. Instead there was a beautiful sunroom. Very clean and bright.
The cottage was very nice, beautifully kept and comfortable. We arrived late at night and the lights were left on to welcome us to our home away from home. Each room had nice clean ceiling fans and opening windows which made for a breezy comfortable stay. The view was spectacular and the sunsets incredible. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The location is just minutes away from the beach and a nice Beach Walk to many options for dining out and shopping. Although with the nicely equipped kitchen you could also cook and eat in. The owner was easy to contact and responded immediately. Highly recommended this location.
Third time staying at the ICC. We love the location! Close to everything. The ocean view was fantastic. Had our morning coffee outside watching whales. Had evening beverages watching the sunset. Had everything we needed for our stay. Really spacious for the four of us. Thanks!

We had a fabulous time and snorkeled every day at one of the best beaches on the island! Terry responded quickly when we didn't have hot water and had the hot water tank replaced as soon as possible. The cottage is very spacious and equipped with many extras in the kitchen. The bathrooms could use some more towels and wash rags, but we were able to wash the existing towels throughout the week because there's a washer/dryer and laundry detergent. There's no AC which bothered some in our party, but the many windows and fans quickly cooled down the cottage each night. Overall, the beds are very comfortable, communication with the owner is excellent, and we would stay there again.
This beautiful property is perfect for those that want to get away from the large resorts and have nice place to come home to after a day of swimming, snorkeling, or sightseeing. It has one of the best stocked kitchens to do your own cooking along with a ton extras for your beach adventures. We stayed 7 days with our 6 and 8 years girls and they never once said they were bored. They entertained themselves in the pool that is right out the back door and chased endless butterflies that little lizards that grace the grounds. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of space to relax throughout the house, we were able to find our own space to kick back and relax. If you are scrolling through looking for places to stay on Maui, just stop here and book Terry’s place! We will definitely book it again the next time we come back. Today is our last day and we are packing up to leave but with the convenience of having a washer and dryer on site everything is going to be washed, dried, and folded when we get home tomorrow morning after a red eye flight.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was very clean and comfortable with terrific sunset and ocean views! The kitchen was very well stocked with every item needed for cooking gourmet meals! The pool was heated, clean and only a few feet away from the house and was fairly private. The house is in a very private, safe and quiet neighborhood and all the residents were friendly that we met. The location is perfect- across from a beautiful beach. Only wish the parking was slightly closer to the house entrance. Will definitely be back! Terry was also very responsive and informative about the property. Great find! Book it already!
