My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks beginning of MayIt was perfect for what we were looking for. Proximity to Charlie Young Beach and the rest of Kihei's beaches as well as Mckenna State Park. Shops, restaurants and a pub all walking distance. Derrick the owner was very helpful and knowledeable with the area and historyWe will be back!
I always enjoy my visits to Maui and this year was just as enjoyable as ever. The location of our studio was everything, just steps from the beach!
Older style practical unit in great location. Perfect for couple. A bit cosy for 3. Food trucks in gardens good value. Swim between flags advisable. Walk to kihei or kamaole for shopping. We were comfortable with no car
Beautiful spot with being close to the beach , owners very pleasant but did not see them much. Only unsatisfied with the loud street noise and other tenant in building had loud motorcycle leaving at early hours.
For us this somewhat funky, vintage studio apartment epitomizes the real Maui beach bum experience. No giant, stuffy, overpriced resort hotels for us! While at the same time being extremely well located for a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute drive to central Kihei restaurants and shops, and only 10 minutes from lavish Wailea shops and restaurants and resorts. The vintage studio also offers some of the other "charms" of island life, including the local wild rooster clucking defiance every morning, the occasional loud motorcycle, or car stereo rumbling past, and of course a constant stream of beach goers toting all their towels and chairs. Ocean views and sea breezes through the many open windows in this old school apartment, and a little balcony,, make the experience complete. The hosts are friendly locals living on site who make the stay feel personal and authentic. Bananas off the tree anyone?
Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo right on the beach… Perfect amount of amenities nearby and the place was very very clean. Highly recommend would absolutely stay there again… Sad to be leaving Maui looking forward to returning..

You couldn’t get a better location, right on the beach, beautiful! The place is vintage, which is good, only problem is the windows are very thin so hear the street beside and the neighbours. Would definitely stay there again.
We loved it, specially because it is in a very good location, we walked to see the sunsets every day, since we had a great view right next to us.
