Perfect condo with all that we needed; plenty of bath towels/ pool towels/ beach chairs/ large washer dryer w. Detergent/ super clean/ huge fridge freezer/ gorgeous pool and 2 hot tubs/ balconies facing pool/ next to elevator/ and got the nicest chocolates and cookies waiting for us!! We will be back for sure!!!!

We enjoyed this roomy condo for 3. There is a wonderful view while enjoying morning coffee from porch balcony off of the Master Bedroom. Towel service is complimentary at pool area. Condo also had a cooler, chairs available & we kept some in our rental car as we toured the island. Had a nice dinner at the Bull Shed Steakhouse Restaurant with ocean view that was an easy stroll from unit, across the parking. Suggest make reservations. Host was very responsive and would stay again.
The property was beautiful. It is a great location! The view from the lanai is lovely. The owner is very responsive! We would definitely stay there again.

The best condo we've ever stayed in when visiting Hawaii. Responsiveness from the hosts can be a dealbreaker, but not in this case. Any question or request we had, they were on top of it (within minutes). They truly care about your experience. The room size and layout was perfect in almost every aspect; much privacy between rooms and bathrooms because they are separated by real doors (not just flimsy partitions). We are always wary of mold smells from carpeted rooms in humid areas. Not in this case: zero mold smell! Amenities in the room: Complete. Never did we have to request for additional toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. More complete than most people's homes. (knives and kitchen shears were sharp)!Instructions from the hosts were specific and complete prior to our arrival. Then again, if we had a concern, they promptly responded. Very reasonably priced. With great weather in May and the wonderful lazy river on the property, what more can one ask!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and clean with a great view over the pool toward the beach, especially for early morning sunrises. The kids loved the water slide and pool area, and the location was very convenient for picking up groceries and supplies. The only negative was a lack of sponge for dishwashing (using the dishwasher made this a very minor inconvenience) and no extra trash bags available in the unit. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Kapaa.
Nice unit within a large complex with excellent water facilities; well landscaped and maintained. Ideal for families and special occasions. The apartment was well equipped for in- unit cooking.
Great location near many choices for eating out or in. Convenient shopping across the street, great walking/bike path along the coast, excellent pool. Unit is in very good condition, matches the pictures accurately. Unit is very close to the elevator and stairs (2nd floor) and access to the parking lot. Great choice.
This was our 3rd visit to Waipouli Resort, our 2nd time in this unit. We absolutely love the resort, location and condo unit. Highly recommend to any traveling families! We will be back!

Always enjoy our stay here. Some things are getting worn and was disappointed that the ice maker was not working and had only 2 ice cube trays. The toilet seat in the shower area needs replacing. But the location is ideal and love the resort.

This was a great condo! It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming! We love Kauai and we are so happy we found this condo at Waipouli. The host was very prompt in providing us with the needed information and the condo was well stocked with all the needed kitchen equipment and bathroom towels, etc. We felt very much a home during our stay and we look forward to renting this unit again in the future.
Central location & fantastic pool. The owner is very easy to work with and the kitchen and condo amenities are extremely well stocked. This is our second time staying in this condo. We would definitely come back!
Our condo was wonderful! It was super clean and very attractive, and seemed practically brand new. The bed was very comfortable, and it was so quiet! We had a great time relaxing and resting.
This was the place to stay. The unit was just like the pictures and its location on at the resort was perfect. It has everything needed. A great pool with hot tubs and a beautiful beach right there. The unit was gorgeous with high end appliances and plenty of room. Would stay again and again.

Had the best time! A week flew by. Location was everything on this trip and that it was. Perfect home base for us. Very nicely furnished with everything we needed and then some. Easy check in and out. The grounds were beautiful, loved the pool area.

This was the last stop on our trip to Kauai, the apartment and property were very clean. They had chairs beach towels and all the essentials. The pool area is very nice for families, the beaches are amazing and not crowded at all!

Amazing location! Well appointed condo with everything we needed and more. I loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the lovely sunrises. Our host, Reina, was very helpful and responsive. My husband and I highly recommend Waipouli Beach Resort.
The resort itself is clean and sprawling with a fun pool area for kids. We really enjoyed the beachfront and spent a lot of time there. The unit is fully stocked as far as VRBOs go. We really enjoyed our stay and would return there.
The unit was spacious and had plenty of room for us to stretch out. The kitchen was well stocked and the breakfast table by the window was a great spot to start each day. The washer/dryer was helpful for staying clean and organized. The pool in the facility is great and the hot tubs were nice under the stars. Waipouli Beach is close but not a great spot to spend a beach day. We drove to get to other beaches (Lydgate and Kalapaki). The drives were easy.
