A large center island provides plenty of counter space for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two. The primary bedroom features a 32-inch TV and a sitting area for two. A set of French doors leads out onto the lanai. The en suite bathroom provides a double vanity, luxurious jetted tub, and walk-in shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom has a sitting area with two chairs and a TV. A second bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

THINGS TO KNOW
Located on the second floor, this home is access via one flight of steps. Please note, this home has a lower-level unit which is occupied by a long-term tenant. A laundry room is shared with the lower-level unit. Quiet hours should be observed after 9pm.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
