Waikoloa Colony Villas 505 is located in Building 5 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations.
The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided.

Who stayed? 2 adults, 2 teens (16), 1 toddler (3) twins (10 months old)
Booked a short getaway for our daughter turning 16. The listing was exactly as shown.
Pros:
Spacious (we had a 4x4 play pen) set up in the livingroon in front of the tv, and still had so much space for everyone! Also 2 bouncers, 2 car seats (stored in the corner) and it was definitely spacious!
Upstairs master we had 2 standard pack and play cribs. One under the tv and the other set up in master closet (only took up half of the closet space!) Our 3 year old also slept on the twin/full pad between the bed and closet door and we had no issues getting around!

Amazing property to stay in the Kona side of the island. Perfect if you have kids as they will truly enjoy the access to the resort. Place was spacious and complete with everything you'll need for a family vacation. I will definitely be back when I visit big island again.

Place was great overall. The kitchen, living and dining area was spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable and was perfect for our group of 8. The passes to the Hilton was a huge bonus as well aa all the beach gear for kids and adults alike. Common area renovations were great, but the bathrooms could use an update. Overall, great experience & location with shops, resorts and beaches close by.

My family and I stayed for just a few nights in July and found the unit to be just like the photos. It was clean and well-stocked. The resort pass was a nice touch although we didn't have to time to use it.

The property was great for our group of 6 people - 3 generations. Tastefully decorated, with a fully-equipped kitchen. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The internet was stable and fast. The property is located walking distance from Hilton - if you don't mind a 15-20 minute walk. The pool on the property grounds is nice. There are propane-powered grills very close to the house. It's within 15 minute drive of beautiful sandy beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the house and the complex.

We’ve been to the Kohala Coast many times and stayed at various hotels and condos in the resort areas. This was a lovely, clean condo that fit all 5 kids and my husband and I. All the bedrooms are upstairs so we were close to the kids and then they could go downstairs when they woke up early. Lots of helpful child items like plates, bowls, cups, step stools in bathrooms and lots of pool and beach items (including a folding wagon stroller). The appliances were all new. The beds we’re comfortable. The management company was easy to work with and provided everything necessary to checkin a week out and the day of arrival. Overall I would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The home was well stocked kitchen, wise, and beach toy wise. There was some deferred maintenance that impacted our stay. Master Bathroom door that will not shut. Not the cleanest shower in the master bathroom. However, overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

11 days in Waikoloa. This was the perfect space for my 5yo and 2yo to share a bed, my husband and I to take the master with ensuite and lanai, and my MIL and her friend to take the double bed room and have their own bathroom. It's a short walk to the pool with the kids wading area and 2x as long to the pool with the jacuzzi and club house. Great location for quick drive access to resort activity without being in the hotels and into town with short drives. Property management was prompt with responses and action. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
