As always a wonderful stay here. The villas are roomy and comfortable. We would love to come back.
It was not clear in the listing, and we discovered just a few days prior that the unit is actually someone's timeshare at the Hilton Bay Club in Waikoloa. Backing onto the golf course, it was a villa unit - very spacious (at least 1500 SF) and very high end finishes. Two full master suites with their own bath, and a separate half bath. Parking right outside in the attached carport. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. The only things we noted was that the property was operated more like a hotel suite than a typical VRBO property. The kitchen supplies were minimal - just 6 place settings of basic china, mugs, glasses and cutlery and basic set of pots, and 2 frying pans, with a nice single serve coffee pot. Housekeeping did provide some little salt/pepper when we inquired - but everything else was up to us to provide. The unit also did not include any beach gear (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear etc) - so we had to rent from local shop. The property is really nice - 3 pools with a clubhouse with some classes (like yoga) and activities. Food service at 2 of the pools. Free shuttle to the local shopping and the Hilton Waikoloa Resort itself. Staff were outstanding and so personable. One of the best features was ability to purchase day passes to the Hilton Resport amenities which are simply amazing. 100/day includes up to 6 people. Multiple large pools with waterfalls and slides, a lagooon with sandy beach perfect for snorkeling, kayak, paddle board. Worth it!!
The apartment was excellent , clean and well maintained. Having a private car spot was an additional perk. Location is good and there are shops close by as well as restaurants.

Big private town house. Big bedrooms, Big bathrooms, Big living rooms, Big Outside private Patio with water falls in back yard. Next door pool, hot tub, barbecues. Short drive to shops, gas, beach, main hwy. Perfect for our stay of 2 couples. 3rd trip to island for us, Best place we have rented !!! 12Feb2023

This was a beautiful property with lots of amenities for adults and teens. A regular shuttle took guests from the Bay Club to the Hilton Waikoloa Village, shopping, or a short walk to the beach. The unit had a expansive view of the golf course and mountains; it was very well maintained, clean, and up-to-date. It was truly an incredible value for the price. We would definitely take advantage of this property if we return to the big island.
