This was a great place in a great location. Lots of room for our family of 4 with the place being well stocked for beach, other activities, and the house itself (towels, kitchen, bedding). The pools in the community were great along with a very nice tennis court.

You will have everything you need to stay comfortable and enjoyable. I understand different people like various kinds of mattresses however I would make a suggestion to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom. Mahalo

It is listed as sleeps 8, we only had 4 in our group (4 adults in this condo, 4 adults and 2 small kids in a neighboring condo). It would be a tight fit to sleep 8, but easily handled both groups for meals and hanging out.
Would highly recommend this condo and Waikoloa Colony Villas.

The access to amenities at the Waikoloa resort is very good. The unit itself was fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There were five of us with one person on the sofa bed and it was comfortable and spacious. We cooked breakfast every morning. it was convenient and you can save a lot of money not going out for every meal. Perfect for an extended stay and I would be happy to return to this unit.

Development is great and we were able to take advantage of the pool (right next door to our unit!) and the tennis (which was nice as we have to pay when staying at other properties). The development is a bit of a hike (about 1.5 miles) to the shops which isn't a big deal by car, but made it difficult to pop out on foot for something quickly.
The property manager was terrific with communication - very responsive and thorough.
The property looks out onto the golf course which is nice but there are several cats in the area which made sitting outside on the lanai uncomfortable. (Note to future guests - DO NOT feed the cats!)
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to come back!

Place was just as advertised. It was clean and fully stocked. Had more things than expected as we brought items thinking we didnt want to purchase when we got there but come to find out we didnt need it, like spices, laundry soap, extra towels, shampoo, etc. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to all questions/messages. They provided us with a lot of info that wasnt typical prior to us arriving... like where to get a wheelchair for our mom, birthday cake for our son, etc. The location was close to the pool which also had nice BBQs.

One of the twin beds' sheets spelled musty and I had to wash them. A recommendation I have is to update the living room TV to include streaming services. Overall, great place for 5
