Nicely appointed with just about everything we could want.
We liked the unit very much. Quiet, spacious, clean. Before arrival, communication with agency was excellent. But after we arrived, much less so. Problems with getting parking permit for our car but we were told not to worry (even though the parking lot says unauthorized cars will be towed).
Very well supplied condo in Waikoloa Village. I always appreciate when a rental has basics like cooking oil, salt, seasonings,foil etc. beach chairs, towels, cooler. Because it was an end unit, it was very handy to access parking thru the patio so loading the car was easy. Had access to the community Olympic size lap pool and my husband walked to the Village Course at Waikoloa for reasonably priced golf, both were less than 5 min walk. I had to contact my rental agent with 2 issues, and she responded quickly both times. I thought this unit was a good value on this expensive end of the island.
This place was very clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. We made good use of the pool, hot tub and outdoor grill. Having a washer and dryer in the unit as well as the dishwasher was awesome. I hope to come back on my next trip to the big island.
The location is very "user-friendly" with stores, restaurants and a nice golf course close by. Our unit was very clean, quiet and secure. The manager responded promptly to two minor problems. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were even some spices left in the cupboard!
This place was perfect for our family of five and just the break we needed both from the daily grind and the cold and snow of Alaska. What a treat to spend quality time with our three college age kids before we all part ways again. Returning to our villa at the end of a busy day adventuring, grilling dinner and dinning on the lanai as well as soaking in the hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. We really appreciated all the extras that came with the place. We had a wonderful time.
The unit itself is wonderful. We had everything necessary for the beach. A cooler. Beach chairs. Beach towels. A beach wagon.
With small children we still do nap time. The unit above us had construction work the whole time during our stay. I notified management that we were not aware of this when booking our stay. Nothing was done. So unfortunately I have to write a review of poor management.
They did allow us to check in at 3:00 rather than 4:00 since we had a long early morning flight.
The property had ample space for our family of five and we were were provided with complimentary “everything you could possibly need!” Beach days were perfect because the chairs, umbrellas, big towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and wagon to haul all of it were provided! The Villa golf course is gorgeous and the neighbors were so sweet! Definitely inspired us to set retirement goals for the Big Island! Thank you!!!
The property was great for our family gathering. There were pools for kids and adults, nice outdoor grilling facilities, and plenty of lawn to run around on. The condo was comfortable and had all we needed for our HI stay.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Village apartment. Communication with property management and the concierge service was excellent, they responded quickly and adequately to anything we needed. The unit is perfect for two couples, we especially enjoyed breakfast on the large patio in the morning. The pool is conveniently located and the village itself is a short drive from major attractions on the west coast of Big Island.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is comfortable and has so many conveniences - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and all of the necessities to cook/bbq for the family after a day at the beach. The location is quiet and our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially because they were so quiet at such a busy holiday time. Beds were also comfy and neighbours are lovely and quiet as well.
Beautiful place and very lush setting. The condo was well appointed, location was excellent, next to cabana, and the flora/fauna was very tropical.
Loved that it was close to the Mauna. Shopping and sightseeing all around made it convenient. Didn’t like you gotta empty trash and wash towels. Washer and dryer was ok. Dryer took forever to dry. Shower was dirty. Needs to be cleaned and sanitized!!
