The view shown in the photos is a side-long as opposed to direct view from the lanai, but there is an unobstructed ocean view. This condo is very well-stocked with necessities and more, including games, playing cards, beach chairs, a small cooler and umbrella, as well as toiletry items. We had a small issue at check-in but it was quickly fixed with a phone call to the owner. The property is lovely and well-maintained with a very nice pool and common area with picnic tables and lounging chairs for oceanside relaxation, plus gas grills. Parking is convenient. It is in a great location, removed from the more-touristy area but close enough to get to a luau or to shop as desired. The king bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need for vacation cooking. The A/C is located only in the main living area, but strategic use of a fan cools down the bedroom fast. Overall this is an exceptional place to stay in Kailua-Kona for a couple or couple 1 child, 10/10 rating!

Great place for our little family (2 adults plus 1 4-year old). Very quiet and well-kept grounds. Really appreciated the beach chairs and boogie board.Thank you for the last minute accommodations.
We were so pleased with this beautiful condo.The property is exactly as the listing says it is. The fridge held a number of condiments as did the cupboard. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom was a nice surprise.The pool is a very short distance away and the waterfront area is a wonderful place to watch the spectacular sunsets. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again sometime.
This property was fantastic! It had “everything” we could ever have wanted! Very clean and updated. Kitchen had all you need for cooking. It was a quiet location. Bed was soooo comfortable. The only thing I would say, is that the tv was a learning curve. I would definitely stay there again!
We have been in the same complex 2 years ago and really loved the apartment! The communication with the owners was fast and seem less and the apartment had just everything we needed… perfect location!
We had a great time. We were provided everything needed for snorkeling, beach time, cooking, and the tools for daily living. We watched the sunset over the ocean every day. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and it was exquisite.
This prpwety was beautiful inside with all the decorator touches. It had a beautiful updated bathroom, Remodeled kitchen with beautiful dishes , and all the needed amenities. We loved it all. This was in a great location where we could walk into town and enjoy the oceanside pool while even watching the sunsets. The icing on the cake was the rainbow our first eveni g there.

We had an amazing time. Our host was the best. Always responded when we had questions. Everything we needed was provided. Location for the Sunsets were the best!!
The property is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is so nice! The ocean front area is stunning! We really enjoyed watching the sunsets.
The unit itself is nicely decorated. Owners have everything labeled and easily accessible. Thank you for making our stay so amazing. 😊
The condo was centrally located. The condo had many extras that we appreciated- extra towels, beach chairs, etc. I highly recommend this condo.
This property was everything you need for a relaxing, adventurous or bit of both vacation. Location was excellent; market across the street, short drive to town or magic sands beach. Very walkable too along Alii drive, however you need to be aware of traffic. The amenities here are excellent from Tommy Bahamas chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas and snorkelling gear. You have everything you could possibly need to make meals at home. We enjoyed the property and the natural saltwater pool next door was a great surprise! Great snorkeling down the way at snorkeling beach with lovely volunteers each day. We loved Kona and can’t wait to return again soon.
Hosts were great with communication and helpful with suggestions. Place was clean and had comfy beds! We felt very safe and all the neighbours were friendly and welcoming.
