All perfect. We are a family of 4 with 13 and 7. The unit is really fully equipped: towels, snorkels, beach seats, Wii and full of Oahu guides. My son loved playing ukulele and also the little view of the ocean. We have also found a lot of towels and kitchen utilities. A very cozy unit we have parked inside the pacific monarch garage (35/24h) and even if expensive it was really useful (and I saw around also higher price). The position is top, just 1 min from Duke statue. the only suggestion is to change hairdryer because it has very low power for our long hair
This place is an partial partial ocean view. The place is out dated. There was no cleaning products for rest room and only a half of a roll of toilet paper. Cofee maker was old needed cleaning. Bed was comfortable.
The towels could be updated, they had a mildew smell when wet. The broom needs to be replaced. Other then that the location is of the hotel is great. But I would rent from pacific monarch pay a little more vs the vrbo. You get more support.
We had a lovely stay in this property. Very comfy beds and in a great location. If you are hiring a car don’t get something too big as the parking garage has a low height restriction. Overall, we would recommend this property.
We had a great 6 night stay! Ocean view is beautiful, location is a short walk (5 min) from the beach and most major hotels/shopping. Air conditioning worked well! We appreciated having the king bed, kitchenette, beach towels, and many hooks in the bathroom for drying wet clothes after a day in the water. Only minor downside is that they are doing a lot of updates to the building/construction in the area, so something to be mindful of if that bothers you. Would come back in a heartbeat!
Great stay. Only bummer was the pool was closed for renovations and lots of loud construction right outside the patio. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
We thought the place was as described - ocean/sunset view!!. It worked for our family of 4. Location was amazing with close proximity to beach. Available beach chairs, towels, etc. was very much appreciated. Thanks for the great stay!!
We didn’t realise how well located this studio was until we walked the area. 3 great food truck locations within 3 blocks. 1 block to the International marketplace. 1 block to the Duke statue on the beach, TheBus stop in each direction at the door. Just perfect. Superb bed which was needed after all the things we did each day.
Construction all day just across and racing vehicles at night !!! Loud mufflers and loud engines til all hours of the night. Was horrible. Could hardly sleep. If you stay bring sleeping pills !!! The hotel itself was quite nice. No complaints there.

Perfect location for a young family! Although a bit tight for 2 children under 3 and parents, Gerard ensured that we had everything we needed to be comfortable, including a Pack and Play for our youngest.
The pool was wonderful, Bbq facilities easy to access, and location excellent.Great stay, thank you!!
We lived our time in Gerard’s condo. It has everything you need and more. Great for 2-3 people. All the sand toys you need are here, snorkels, boogie boards, beach bags, etc. location is perfect and the view is just what we needed each morning and each evening. Highly recommend this cute studio. We didn’t cook but you could as there was everything needed plus a blender! Thank you Gerard!
Loved the place perfect location nice having beach stuff. Maybe have a map or some brochures for restaurant's or things to see. I only say that as i have never been to hawaii and wanted tjose things. Other people may not want them but just an idea

Here my pro:
1. Good location very near the beach.
2. Place is clean and with kitchen appliances.
3. Hotel staff is very helpful.
4. Bed is comfortable.
5. Swimming gear and kids toys is a plus.
6. Swimming pool and BBQ grill is available at Roof.
Here my cons:
1. Not good stove very slow to heat up. Just use microware or go to BBQ grill to cook food.
2. AC is not enough to cool the room.
Overall good place to stay.
Room was very cute, clean, nicely equipped. Very nice welcoming snacks with local flavors. Really cool view, overall had a great time staying. Check in and out process was easy.

The condo was cozy and nicely decorated. It was hot when we arrived and took a while to cool down because the AC was small and in the corner by the bed. We had to pull the curtain to keep the bed side cool enough to be comfortable. If your not use to noise to sleep you don’t want to stay in this unit, it is very noise at night. I would definitely stay here again as I like the noise to go to sleep.

Very nice location. Pretty close to beach and access to shops and restaurants. The only downside is that access to the highway is little further away and may need time your travel to avoid rush hour
The property was exactly what we wanted. Slept 2 adults and 2 children easily. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well stocked with thoughtful stuff (lunch bag, beach chairs/umbrella/toys etc). Easy check in and check out and it was so close to the beach and downtown activities.
This location is convenient. It’s close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.
Clean, beds are comfortable, great location, loved having beach supplies, the rooftop area is really nice.
We would not go back to this unit. But the hotel and staff very nice and friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was extremely convenient for us as we like to get out and walk around. Everything you need is in walking distance. Host is great and communicates well. Would stay here again.
We loved our stay at this property! Though the building is older it served our needs just fine. The location is great - so close to the beach and restaurants and the bustling downtown. Short walk to the zoo and International Market. I would have loved to have a balcony that you could actually sit on, but loved hearing the city below. Would stay here again. Big bonus was the view from the rooftop pool!

Everything was good - bed, beach gear, kitchen w/stove & coffee maker, lighting, TV, large sliding windows. The only problem was the air conditioner was very loud and next to the bed. We had to keep it off the whole time.
The unit is as described. A little dated for us but clean & the location is fantastic. Gerard is very pleasant & easy to communicate with.
The king bed is very comfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as advertised, small but well designed and had so many unexpected extras. Ice cube trays, dishes, cutlery, cooler packs and a cooler bag to take out for a picnic. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels,I could go on, but needless to say everything we needed and more.
The king size bed was so comfortable, we had a great night’s sleep every night! Thank you Gerard for ensuring everything was taken care of.👏😊

It’s big enough to comfortable fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
This apartment has absolutely everything we could think of (all beach gear, kitchen equipment, bathroom stuff, books, CD’s and much much more)
The beds are so comfortable and everything is very clean.
Pool ,spa & bbq on the roof.

Very well equipped studio unit just 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. High enough to not be too noisy. Great view from the balcony.

This property was exactly as described. It is small, but the location is great. The building is older but they are maintaining it well. The unit included two very nice beach chairs and one high quality umbrella, which was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if I found myself in Honolulu.
