Property Description

This beautiful third-floor, two-bedroom unit features stunning ocean views from almost every angle and would be perfect for a honeymoon or two traveling couples. The main living area features comfortable, modern furniture with an HD smart TV for all your entertainment needs. There is cable TV and high-speed internet and a separate sitting area adjacent to the main living room. The open floorpan creates a feeling of abundant space.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to create wonderful meals from the comfort of your condo. With top-of-the line appliances and an oceanview eat-in breakfast bar, you'll love the ability to cook and hang out at the same time. There are indoor and outdoor dining options and a gas grill for all your BBQ needs.

The master suite has sliding doors that open to incorporate the ocean views and features a king-sized bed, cold AC and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a tub and separate rain shower.

The garden bedroom features distant mountain views and has a queen-sized bed, cold AC and is adjacent to the second bathroom.

This is a lovely spacious and well appointed condo with everything you need. I enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean with the soft sounds of the surf as backdrop. Bedrooms are comfortable and baths clean and spacious. The kitchen is also well equipped. Overall a great stay

302 was just like we pictured it. Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our island host, Ian was great and responded to our requests with alacrity. The location is incredible if you like listening to the surf and seeing whales pass Kauai.

This place was fantastic - spacious, clean, and great location. It was well-stocked, we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the lanai. There was some construction noise, but it didn't bother us much since we were out and about enjoying the island. The lock on the door was a little tricky, just be sure to ask about it prior to your arrival. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again!
