This condo was the perfect place for us to stay in Maui. This property is a smaller, older complex. It is a quite, family friendly complex right across beautiful public beaches and everything you need within walking distance. We used all the beach stuff that was provided and walk across the street. We used the bbqs grills that were in the pool area or prepared food in the kitchen that is fully stocked. Maureen is great host and was easy to communicate. Any thing we needed, we let her know and she would drop it off within a day. Maureen also was kind enough to allow us a later checkout which was much appreciated so we could spend the morning at the beach and come back, clean up and leave for our evening flight. We would recommend this unit. *There was construction just starting as the complex next door is expanding. We never heard any noise and we didn't mind the watching the process. Thx Maureen for being such a good host.
We had a wonderful time at Maureen’s place. She was extremely communicative and the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. She has thought of everything and we had an amazing time. The location is great and in walking distance of a beautiful beach, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our stay at this vrbo in Kihei. It has been a long time since I have been to Maui so I was not sure where this property was in location to everything. It was located in Kihei which is a nice town by the beach. Wailea Beach is not too far away also. Several great restaurants were within walking distance.
It was nice to be able to make our own breakfast in the morning and we had ample room to move around (especially compared to a hotel room). We had our 2 boys with us (16 & 18) so it was nice that they had their own bathroom. The unit itself was easy to locate and was right by the elevator with a view of the ocean. They had boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs available. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, lots of plates, dishes, etc. and a Keurig coffee maker. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Thank you very much.
We have been to Maui many times and stayed in numerous condos, but this was the "first" time a host had a welcome basket on the counter for guests. That was a nice touch. We found the condo to be very clean. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals, is roomy and there were many useful items to use on the beach included. Having a condo host that actually lives on Maui, was great. She was a great source of information and. Our stay in Maui was made even better because we lucked out getting such a great condo.
From the moment we stepped into this well appointed condo with a gorgeous ocean view, I just knew we picked the right place for our wedding anniversary. Not only is this condo just a short walk from my favorite beach but the entire condo has been updated and tastefully decorated. The. beds were comfortable and ample pillows sheets and towels were provided . Also, I was impressed with and appreciated the large capacity washer/ dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, and welcome basket filled with fresh fruit, chocolates and coffee. Lastly, communication with the owner was excellent and she even offered to meet us there. We loved our stay so much that we are looking to rent this home away from home again as soon as we can!
We go to Kehei every year and this was probably the best condo we have stayed in. If I had to put in 1 complaint it would be that there was no hot water from the kitchen sink. Shower was luke-warm. Also the internet was minimal but both of those things did not hinder our stay. Thank-you Maureen
We had some hiccups but Maureen was completely accommodating and made our vacation the best it could be. The hot water heater went out our first night but she paid for and arranged lodging for us so that we could still have hot showers. The view from this condo was the best of anywhere we stayed and she had the kitchen well outfitted with utensils, spices, dishes, etc. and the closet full of anything you would need to enjoy the beach. We did have to rent some fins for snorkeling but that was it. It’s a great location with easy access to a beach with spectacular sunset views and walking distance to several Kihei shops and our personal favorite, Maui Bread Co. (their morning pastries and savory buns were to die for!) Pool was warm and not too crowded. Certainly saved a lot of money being able to easily cook at the condo too. Maureen also loaned us a pack n play and high chair which was a major plus! We would definitely stay here whenever we’re back on the island.
The condo was very nice. Maurine was very helpful on all our needs. Would defenitly stay again. The view was very nice. The area was close to most all stores.
This condo was a perfect place to meet up with a friend for a three day getaway. The kitchen was updated well equipped and there was a lovely welcome basket waiting when we arrived. The location in Kihei was easy to find and a short trip to and from the airport. There were plenty of restaurants close by and also a grocery store to pick up a few things. I will definitely plan to stay here the next time I visit Maui.
This condo was in a great location. The view was very pretty. The condo was very clean had everything we needed for our family. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen appliances were new but some updated cookware would be nice. There were lots of extra linens and towels. The condo was decorated well. Maureen was helpful and answered questions in a very timely fashion. We would love to stay there again.
