We had a great experience staying at the palms for 5 nights. Everything was very clean and it was gorgeous waking up to see the sunrise from the Lenai. Brian and Marie-Christine were very accommodating and kind.Very cute place with everything you need for a trip to Maui.
The condo was a Little dated as far as decor inside, but that was to be expected as it was a little bit cheaper than some of the other properties. The lanai was very peaceful and quiet. Brian was very quick to respond to our questions and allowed us an early check-in and a late check out. The location of the Palms at Wailea is excellent and I would definitely stay at this property again.
Our stay at the Palms was such a nice treat! Brian, the property manager, was so helpful when we had questions. He called us back quickly when he could not answer. We found him to be friendly and professional. We will definitely return!
This is one of the less "upgraded" units at the Palms. It has a nice garden level deck, but with no view and in the shade all day.It does however have easy access to the sunny pool area, and a short walk to the bottom of the property and across to probably the best beach on this side of Maui.
The hosts were very good about responding to any of my concerns.
Very dated, no spices but listing said it had them. Also listing said there was a BBQ and there is a picture of it in the listing.

The condo that I stayed in was dated and in need of major upgrades. Here are a few of the things I noticed
1. Carpet was dirty needs to be ripped out
2. Dishwasher top rack was broken
3. Washer and dryer very old and dryer would not stay on even with just a few items in it.
4. Front bathroom was old. Vanity was pulling away from the wall.
5. Tiny ants in the kitchen living room, master bathroom. This was after Terminex came in and sprayed the second day we were there.
The property was beautiful and the grounds were very well cared for. The outside of the buildings looked like it had recently been painted. But the condo I stayed in was not clean and very old needs remodeling. My friends stayed in a condo across the parking lot that was beautiful inside updated and no ants!
The owner also texted me at 9:45 the day of departure making sure I knew I needed to clear out by 11:00. He was waiting in the parking lot to make sure I left on time. He did text back thanking me for leaving the place clean!
Next time I rent a VRBO I will do a bit more research.
Upscale Wailea unit and complex. Quiet, serene. Excellent pool/spa area with sunset views. Recommended.
Overall was pretty good. We were disappointed that both the dishwasher could not be used because the top rack was broken, and the main toilet was not functioning. We feel both these items should’ve been addressed before our stay, but at the very least while we were here.
