Check-in was a breeze. Access to the unit was easy peasy. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen accessories, to every beach item imaginable. The only thing we needed to provide was snorkeling gear. The property owners were a dream to work with, very responsive to a couple issues that we encountered. Would absolutely stay here again.

Smooth communication through our booking process , easy instructions to check in with door code provided day before . Love that there all the beach essentials for our family and kids . Bonus for having kids toys for our toddler to play with while we at home .
The condo was clean and well stocked. The window air conditioner is older and should be replaced with a newer cost efficient unit, it made the front bedroom quite warm to sleep in. With the large amount of condos and all the fees being assessed there is a homeless persons issue wandering around the buildings.
Wonderful unit on a great property. Right across from Kam ll beach, and next to shopping and restaurants. Unit was steps from the upper pool, which made it very convenient. Beautifully decorated and felt like home.
Everything from checkin, location, amenities, and checkout were fantastic.
Property was very clean and offered plenty of amenities that I don’t think I can go back to starting at hotels/resorts while staying in Hawaii.
In room laundry, kitchen, and beach gear (chairs, cart, sand toys) were very helpful and welcomed.

Loved every bit of it ... very nice and convenient location to stay in Kihei in Maui. We liked the place and bonus was all the accessories (snorkel gear, ice box, beach chairs etc.).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. It was a great location, super close to the beach and walkable restaurants. We liked the easy access of the first floor and the ground level patio. We would stay there again. Thank you!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! The property is directly across from the beach with easy access to your sun filled days at the beach or sunsets after dinner. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, toys for the kids as well as all the amenities for the beach (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards & sand toys) including the wagon to hull everything. For us & our kiddos, this was the perfect place for us. The condo was also on the ground floor which is also located right in front of the pool which was also a nice perk. We had a few questions & Terri was very quick to respond once we first arrived. We will definitely be back again. Thank you so much!

Everything you need for fun on the beach with or without kids
It was a welcome site to arrive at Kihei Akahi, the grounds were beautiful. I loved the location on our condo on the ground floor, just steps away from pool and bbq, We enjoyed the updated living space, and the king mattress was very comfortable. A great property for exploring Kihei, we really like to walk... this was a great mid point for walking both ways on ocean walkways.
